A friend and I stayed at this hotel from Monday 13th July, 2015 - Tuesday, 21st July, 2015. When we arrived (quite late, I must add) we approached the beautiful glass doors of the hotel and were welcomed by two young men who kindly carried our luggage up two flight of stairs to our room. Each and every time we... More

Spent a few days in Rome with the family and this hotel was recommended by our travel agent. Very well and nicely located: near train terminal, every major attractions at walking distance... Hotel has a nice backyard and you can eat outside in a small garden.Breakfast is included - a lot of food to eat. No problem on this side... More

We booked this hotel as a "citytrip promotion" from Tui. When we arrived late (past midnight) we were put in a family room at the street side. Very noisy - a lot of traffic. The airco is very noisy and there were rebuilding a shop at the opposite side of the street. So we only had a 4 hour sleep... More

One of my favourite hotels in Rome. The old building is tastefully decorated but not overdone, and my high ceilinged room was very cool and quiet (much as I love Rome, it gets really hot & busy in the Summer months). The little quiet courtyard downstairs is really pleasant, you wouldn't guess you were in the middle of Rome. Very... More

Run down hotel. AC on max setting does not get comfortable enough for a restful nights sleep. AC condensate made carpet soaking wet near bed. Fridge was dirty and never restocked with drinks. Bath water would not drain, toilet kept running, bathroom door would not close - had there not been any guests in this room before who complained?? Can't... More

This hotel was not good. We had 4 rooms and 3 of them had mold issues. Walls were dirty and my bathroom door was rotting. Even when we complained they did absolutely nothing for us. I would never stay there again. So many hotels in Rome, do not choose this one.

Great hotel! It is located right in the center of everything. It was a short walk to some major sites – the Coliseum and the Trevi fountain. The room was very comfortable and clean. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel was a great meeting spot for later in the day, and was a nice place to sit down... More

I liked this Hotel - the lady on reception was excellent. We arrived very hot and bothered and had our room by 10am. The hotel has a nice atmosphere but is a bit rough around the edges. The room was large and cool - there was no bath and the shower was snug! The breakfast is lovely with a good... More

I liked this hotel as soon as I entered reception - it seemed like a cool oasis in a manic city, and it still retains some of its historical charm from the time that it was a monastery - generous proportions and a beautiful courtyard which many of the rooms overlook. The breakfast was generous and varied, the room was... More

Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Large rooms, air con! very clean! great breakfast. Only criticism was the bathroom; the shower set up was slightly quirky, the shower was hand held which is not very user friendly, had to step into a high sided bath to use the shower and then step through the shower screen without...
