Lovely local hotel situated just off the Via Nationale. Nice to stay in an Italian hotel rather than a chain. Handy for restaurants, shopping and the metro. Lovely spacious room. Nice walks to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Spanish steps. Sometimes a bit hilly - but this is Rome!

We visited this hotel between 18-22 Dec 2015. Location is perfect, right outside to many bars, restaurants, walking distance to Trevi fountain, Colosseum & Forum. Vatican City is a 20 min train ride. Staff nice polite & friendly. Hotel courtyard lovely. We were upgraded to a 5th floor courtyard view suite, as it was our Anniversary & given a lovely... More

Overal the hotel was very good. The location is excellent, staff helpfull and polite and facilities including room are good even though look somewhat outdated in some aspects. The only negative was the breakfast. It was limited in choices and had no variation during our five day stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights last week. So glad we didnt, decent location for walking everywhere or for catching a bus to the main sites, plenty of food places around. Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds (needed after walking around all day!) and a calming and tranquil fountain courtyard in the middle to sip a beer at night. When i... More

This is a beautiful hotel styled in olde worlde Italian with lush decor, marble floors and lovely soft furnishings. The included breakfast was delicious and included bacon, eggs, pastries, hams, cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, juices, espresso, fresh breads etc. there was also plenty of it so our kids went back to the buffet numerous times. Friendly staff also. The family... More

Of the 4 hotels we stayed in on this 4 city trip, this was the stand-out stay. The place is very elegant. The floor we were on had a common area that looked like some of the palaces we have been touring. The front desk staff was very helpful getting us oriented on the city map. Everything was an easy... Breakfast buffet was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is nicely located near sights. We stayed in a family suite with 6 people and there was plenty of room. It was certainly worth the amount we paid.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The guy at reception gave us a card to go to a nearby restaurant the Strega. There are so any other restaurants around as well. The best thing about this hotel is the location. In a day we managed to see a number of the major sites most walking distance and there are a couple... More

My wife and I just returned from an 8 night stay at this property. Overall, I was very pleased with the facility, but I'd hesitate to call it a 4 star hotel. A strong 3 perhaps, but not four. That said, the property was clean, very well located, and comfortable. My one complaints were: 1) Maid service could have used... More

We stayed here for three nights from the 22nd November with friends, and had a lovely stay. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and very informative and check in was quick and simple. On entering our rooms on the 2nd floor, we was surprised at how large and spacious they were. We had rooms 204 & 206. The ceiling in... More
