We stayed at this hotel on our recent holiday in Rome, the hotel was booked as part of our Jet2 holiday. The hotel is situated on a side street off the Via Nationals , close to Republicca square. The hitel was rated 4 star but we did find it very basic. That being so the room was fairly large with a... More

My fiancé and I are just home from a 3 night stay- the location of this hotel is fantastic with an abundance of great restaurants nearly by. It is within walking distance of the majority of the major attractions and the staff are very helpful. The pictures do not do this hotel justice - the rooms are very spacious and... More

Roma, the Eternal city. Anyone wanting to visit her, I really recommend this hotel. The Domus Romana is in a great location. Situated just off the Via Nazionale, the main street leading from the Fontana delle Naiadi down to the Altar of the Fatherland (Grand marble, classical temple honouring Italy's first king & First World War soldiers) This is a... My daughter chose this hotel for us on our first ever visit to Rome. We opened the door to our room and I was in love. Just like I thought Rome would be. Even better a separate sleeping area fer her and the hotel was hidden away in a narrow entry which led to an amazing shopping street. Felt safe... More

My husband and I booked for 2 nights in Rome and were traveling with our 7 year old son. This hotel was brilliant. It's location is perfect as you can walk from the train station and many attractions were within walking distance if not too hot (not recommend in August as we were in 30+ temps). We were given a... Couldn't rate this more highly. Spent a week here with my husband and two children. Location is excellent all of Rome highlights are within easy walking distance. The room was large enough for a family and was spotless and well maintained during our stay. The breakfast was a highlight for us. From 7am - 10:30 am meant we could have... More

My husband went for a three week vacation to Italy and part of our stay was at a fabulous hotel in central Rome called Domus Romana Hotel. There is so much character in the hotel, we felt like we went back in time. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean, there is a beautiful courtyard with a... More

This is a lovely boutique hotel with incredibly spacious rooms (especially for Rome), but the location is not the best if you plan on seeing the sights of Rome and the beds are terribly uncomfortable and sparsely furnished (one sheet, very thin comforter and one pillow). The "twin" beds are actually sleeper chairs. The breakfast, however, is one of the... More

We just finished 4 nights in the hotel with a family of 5. We had 2 rooms which were very clean and very large. Free wifi, although we needed to sit in lounge area on our floor to access.. but it was nice and peaceful overlooking a courtyard with a fountain. Our one room probably could have used updating, projection... More

We just finished 3 night stay in the hotel, that provides what a person need while staying at Rome: clean and large room , clean and comfortable bathroom, cooking place (not used by us) , free wifi (not working in all the areas) and excellent breakfast. The hotel is minutes walking distance from restaurants, shops and sight seeing tours for... More
