I have book this hotel before I have read the reviews, so after reading them I though is okay we shall only stay here two nigths and all other time is not at the room. The rooms are it says in tree other buldings. The in side of the buliding are not nice, andet the room was not very nice.... more

The Torre Rossa has a nice restaurant and outside seating area. It's rooms are in need of renovation. They are average sized for Italian standards and of average quality. Compared to an average US hotel, it is below average. The rooms could use some updating. I found the pictures on the website of the rooms to be a bit deceiving.... more

It is out of the way from the city attractions. Therefore you have to rely on cabs or pick-up services when you visit the attractions. And, there are no food or other facilities outside the hotel. However, it has a lot of space within the premises that is great for families with kids. more

Rome was our last stop on a 4 city tour of Italy, having already been to Milan, Venice and Florence. All of the hotels we had stayed in throughout the tour had just been basic 3 star, city centre hotels, and all had met or exceeded our expectations. We had also been very careful to check the reviews for each... more

It is hard to say anything definitely good or bad about this hotel. On the negative side, we waited a lot for the check-in and there is quite a walk between the front desk and the hotel rooms, situated in several building at the back of a large property. The hotel is quite remote, in the suburbs, and the surroundings... more

Paid well to stay here but did not live up to my expectations, beds and room clean, fresh towels every day, breakfast was terrible very basic. Staff were very helpful at the front desk especially with directions to get to Rome. Would have chosen to stay nearer the centre. It was like staying in a travel lodge back home but... more

We booked this hotel through a conference web site at conference negotiated rates. We looked up the review on Tripadvisor before leaving and set our expectations low. We figured hotels in Europe wont be as spacious as the ones in the US. To start with, I found out just now that the prices are actually higher than the regular hotel... more

Stayed here for a couple of days. A bit out of town but the bus stop is just outside with very regular service to the centre of Rome (4 euros for unlimited all day travel) The hotel is clean and functional; an adequate 3 star. Breakfast was fine but the evening meal was poor so don't bother with half board. more

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The hotel was really far from the nearest metro station and it didn't help that I was dragging my luggage and hand carry and maneuvering through the narrow and rough pavements to the hotel. My luggage was also torn in the process. The outer fabric was cut by... more

I really wish I had read these reviews before staying at this hotel. Bad service from reception, small rooms( so small there was no where for our luggage except in front of the bathroom door), small shower, stinking hot room, and the air con did not work. Had to sleep with window open. Luckily we were only there for a... more
