We stayed fri to monday. had 10 people in 2 mobile homes with no problem. It was clean, hygenic and in a beautiful forest setting. Would definitely go again. If you get a taxi from Rome it should be no more than 30 euros on the meter tariff 1. Watch out for the taxi driver switcheroo on a 10 and... More

We enjoyed our stay here from 18 - 25 September. The campsite was lovely set in a pine forest. The facilities were very good, although I must say that the area around the outside bar was not always very clean. The camp began closing down some of the facilities before the end of the season which to me is not... More

I booked a flight and car with BA and a week in a Canvas caravan, all great value at this time of year. The BA flight plus car was cheaper than flight only, as was their flight plus hotel. We just needed a base from which to explore, and the trip into Rome from here is very straightforward. If you... More

First impressions were disappointing...especially the drive from Rome and the billboard advertisements (!)...however once explored the site was fantastic, clean, friendly, welcoming and our reps (Lauren and Ben from Canvas), were extremely professional, helpful and available. The pool area was spacious, the mini-market well stocked, the take-away fed us almost every night and the ice cream parlour was a daily... More

Lovely site with pools you can lounge around all day, always a sunbed for you. Nice pine tree's giving you well needed shade around the caravans. WIFI was 5 euro's for 2 week whilst there, only available around the pool and bar area though. Go karts 5 euro's half day or 10 euro's for a day. Entertainment for kids ok,... More

We stayed at this campsite for 13 nights in August 2014, after staying in central Rome for the previous 4 nights. We stayed in a Giotto 5 sleeper cabin rented directly from the campsite (as this was substantially cheaper than with other operators such as Eurocamp). It is (and we knew this before booking) pretty much in the middle of... More

If we hadn't stayed at other ECVacanze sites in Italy then I wouldn't be so critical of Camping Fabulous. I'd say this is probably a 3.5 depending on your expectations. As my title suggests it is perfect for a few days sightseeing in Rome and Ostia, however I think we'd have been stir crazy after a fortnight instead of our... More

After previously staying in Camping Jolly in Venice and not having a pleasent experience, I should of thought better of trying another one. I picked this place cause it sounded like it had everything, bars, swimming pools, activities and day trips! However they don't offer much information on these day trips that happen infrequently and only with a minimum amount... More
