We stayed here as part of a bus tour of Europe. Stayed in a chalet with three single bunk beds that were comfortable. Pillows very flat. Chalet has own bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. No towels are provided, no room service. Shuttle bus to within walking distance of Vatican museum, cost €2 per person and leaves hourly. Can... More

Wife and i stayed here for 3 nights in April in a bunglaow that had toilet and shower, single bed and bunks. they were nice and clean and we could park the rental car out front. Had wi-fi but was weak at peak times, no biggy. Ate twice at the restaurant "ciao bella", just average. The bus leaves from just... More

Stayed there during the Easter weekend. It's about 20 mins away from the Rome Airport and it's basically a camping site with chalets. Pro Cheap free wifi (works only late at nite) Helpful staff A shuttle to the city (2 euro per pax) Cons Small beds small bathroom noisy at nite no daily room cleaning

Can't understand what there is to complain about at this accommodation? Took my 15 y/o granddaughter and we were both quite satisfied with our stay. It was clean, warm, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, all staff - reception, bus driver, waitresses, cleaners etc - were lovely, really worked their socks off and still gave service with a smile. Only there... More

Three of us stayed in a 5 bed chalet which was very comfortable and equipped with the basics (no Kettle though). It had a double and a triple room both with ensuites. The onsite restaurant is good and there is a good supermarket just over the road. In general the public transport is good but we found the buses infrequent... More

I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The facilities were clean, linens and soap were provided, and we felt really safe the whole time. We stayed in a bungalow, which was pretty comfortable and had its own bathroom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The prices at the cafe, bar, and restaurant were very reasonable,... I've stayed here a few times over the years, and will likely do again. The prices for the shared tents and cabins are some of the lowest around, and in lower season (february - april) they're hardly even shared. I last stayed for a week and had my own bungalow/cabin with electricity points, en-suite bathroom (with shower), which locked up... More

We had a wonderful six nights at the Camping Village Roma. Three of us stayed in two of their Bunglaows. Three in one Bungalow is possible but would be too crampt especially for three chaps. We were concerned that a campsite in February might be too cold but the heating/air conditioning was perfect. Getting in and out of the city... More

Excellent value for the location. Heating in the chalet was on all the time so even though there was snow outside it was not too cold. Reception advised us not to take the car into Rome but to use the travel tickets, which at 11 euros for three days unlimited travel on buses and metro was unbeatable. No hassle parking... More

Service and support provided by Daniele (gentleman) was outstanding!! They're lucky to have him at the entrance/ check-in-point of Camping Village Roma. Nice security gentleman was also a big help when we had to check out early on our last day for departure back home. The camping village is a development tract with trailer/ type manufactured housing. While the housing... More
