As is Rome is not one of my favorite places to visit. Combine that with the worst accommodation ever and you have a nightmare. We have booked a tent (and I suppose what do you expect then!) because the chalets were 4x the price. We hade to share a bathroom with like 200 other people (proper camping stuff I tell... More

Where to begin?! The cabins are a squeeze but wasn't an issue. The pool was so stunning, really felt like I was in a resort. They had a bar near the pool, a volleyball court, a BBQ and picnic area, onsite super market, a huge super market across the road, an AWESOME restaurant which was beautiful at night, brilliant themed... Stayed here as part of a topdeck tour. Place is adequate, close to public transport into the city. Everything you need on site, supermarket, restaurant, a bar by the pool. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay in Rome, you can't go past this place.

Stayed here for 2 nights after booking less than 3 weeks before. We chose this site because of the free shuttle service and good transport links. The night before we were to arrive we went to print off the shuttle times and found that the service had been reduced and was now charging. This meant that last minute we had... More

Stopped here for a 4 day break with my partner. Loved it. Very helpful. Not too expensive. Pool was perfect. Beer prices were not too bad. The food was lovely. Yes it's not central to rome but it takes 20 minutes with a bus (on time) and the metro. Can't grumble for the price. We were next to some young... More

cheap bar, decent nights sleep and cute little rooms, what more could you want? the only thing was the wifi was a bit patchy but you cant really expect much more. It is a little bit out of the city though, however there's a bus that goes past it so it's not that hard to get to!

Stayed here for two nights to visit Rome and thoroughly enjoyed it. We payed hostel prices to stay in a couple of the cabins. Very good value considering we got ensuite bathrooms and good working air con! The pool was great and was nice to relax in after a hot day in Rome. The other plus was the tourist information... More

All in all we had an ok stay at Camping Roma on three occasions. We did however have a security issue where our room key was also given to another group so we had people open our door. Luckily we were in the room at the time so nothing was stolen. We were a bit reluctant to leave our room... More

Stayed here as part of a Topdeck trip. By far one of the better places we stayed on the trip. We were split in twin cabins here. It was nice to have some space here although the cabins were quite small. Nice hot showers and AWESOME aircon. Each cabin had a seat and chairs out the front. The pool was... More

Not to bad. Supermarket right across the road, but also on site. A bit of a party camp site but not to bad if your away from the on site club. We payed 100euros for the pompai experience which the staff said was amazing and everything included bar lunch. Nope, mud tour and had to pay another 22euros just to... More
