Its a very nice place, the restaurant besides is very nice has wonderful foods and the staff are very nice and helpful. the rooms are a bit small tough but they are lovely. just outside the main gate there is the bus stop which takes you to the center of Rome and on the return there is a bus stop... This place has everything you could possibly need. From a good sized swimming pool to air con in the bungalows! We were so pleasantly surprised and ended up staying for 4 nights instead of just the 2 we'd booked in advance. Absolutely recommend this place to anybody thinking of travelling to Rome. The shuttle into the city was so cheap... More

We stayed here in early August in a chalet bungalow. Great value and very clean accommodation. My daughter loved the pool. Choice of restaurant food or snack bar at pool. The restaurant on site was lovely and good value. We did have a problem sleeping one night with noise coming from partygoers in neighbouring accommodation but the other nights were... More

One of the best campsites in Europe. Lots of young travellers there and great facilities. Supermarket has everything you need, and there is a big supermarket across the road for anything else. Easy to get into Rome. There is a shuttle from the campsite to the vatican for 2.5EUROs. Only downfall is this is the most expensive campsite we stayed... More

Camping Roma is located next to a major highway where there are buses that take you right into Rome. Across the highway is the large supermarket, Panorama, where you can buy most of anything you'll need during a trip. Security patrols the property and at night, you need to show your Camping Roma card. Within the grounds, there is also... More

This hostel is amazing for young travelers. There is a nice bar to party at night. The tents are really cheap but quite nice. It looks like a tempo tent with sliding doors (there is a lock). There is a floating floor and the beds are like any bed in hostels. There is a supermarket in the camping and one... More

We had originally booked for 2 nights but ended up extending to 4. Camping Roma is about 40minutes by public transport from Central rome. Although this can be rather annoying at times we really enjoyed being able to get away from the touristy part of rome and take a dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. Only... More

We stayed there for a week, with my sister. We had a bungalow, at first night we needed earplugs, because it was very noisy outside, some campers dont respect others at all. But other night we were so tired, we didn't need earplugs even there was a group of french teens playing football just outside our house. The wifi didnt... More

I recently stayed here for 2 nights and was very skeptical to begin with. I was in a bungalow room. I was very impressed with the rooms for the prices we were paying. They were air conditioned which was great for the middle of summer, and had a small fridge and table outside for drinks of an evening. The pool... More
