We had been camping in Europe during Summer 2014 and decided to stay in a room here. It was about the same as camping but we had our own place with bath. It is a short walk to a bus stop, which takes you to the Metro, then you have all of Rome. It has a nice pool as well.... More

Rudest staff I have come across in 36 countries. I was getting food from the breakfast buffet and I even had to tell a lady that I understand and there is no need to be rude. First time I have ever said it to someone as I hate confrontation. She ruined the whole stay. Do not recommend! Go else where,... More

Pros- - English speaking helpful staff - Clean (Only once at the time of check in) - Easy public transportation Cons- - Really really tiny room (barrack) and bathroom - Very basic room - No everyday cleaning (I used the same towel for 3 days) - Hot water was not that hot

In my opinion, there was nothing wrong with the cabins we stayed in, there was enough space for two people and we had our own bathroom inside the cabin. The problem I had with this place, was the underage drinking that was going on in the bar...I understand that the management can't have control over what's going on in the... More

Service (4) - The staff was quite helpful. The only problem is they have just a few staff at the reception desk. I think it's not enough for such a big camping place, and every time I walked pass the reception I could see extremely long queues in front of the reception. Comfort (3) - We stayed in a Bangaloo... We stayed in a tent here for one night whilst away on a motorbike trip through Italy. The tent wasn't expensive and did come with bedding and sufficient power sockets and lighting. The facilities on the site were good and plentiful with a supermarket, bar/restaurant, cash machine and transport into Rome. The downfalls however were that despite the signs everywhere... More

We stayed here for one night after a Rome to Amalfi Coast road trip. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was modern with a great shower and small decked terrace with table and chairs. There was a large pool with 2 jacuzzis and lots to do on site. We paid just $3 each return for the coach to... More

We had two different experiences: First one we spent four nights at the Bangalow. First of all, we've had no big problems, just wii fi that hardly ever works.....and the location it is far from to everywhere (for to go to downtown you have to take one bus and one metro) and, also, the access to camping site is pitiful... During our week long city break to Rome, we spent 3 nights at Camping Village Roma, it was a nice change of scenery from the Hotel we had stayed in in the city centre. On arrival we had the pleasant surprise of being told that we were getting a free upgrade to the newly built superior bungalows. The room was... More
