We used this place to start our charity moped ride from Rome back to the UK. Friendly english speeking staff. Basic but functional cabins. Shuttle buses to Rome. Clubhouse and restaurant. Supermarket across the road.

This site is a bit of a faff to get to, we got the train to Aurelia then walked for 15 minutes with our massive backpacks! There was a shuttle bus to metro stop Cipro near the Vatican for £ euro return which we used after that. Staff were all extremely friendly, the man who worked in the info centre... More

Me and my husband took a tour from London around western Europe, and this was one of my favorites place we stayed, well located, clean, more than one dining option, a large pool and also a laundry facility, you cant go wrong with this place. Its was very easy to get around rome from there. I highly recommend this village.

Camping Village Roma has unbeatable pricing and great facilities including an on campus restaurant, supermarket, pool, information desk etc. very impressed with our chalet, which had an ensuite, kitchen, veranda and air-con. It is a little out of the way but if you don't mind catching a quick bus and a train to get to the heart of Rome, then... More

My wife and I stayed here our last two nights in Rome. We had previously stayed at a B&B closer to the city for two nights. (See my other reviews.) This was one of the worst camp sites we've ever stayed at in the world due to the party all night teens with no supervision and a watchman that did... More

Stayed with a friend in July 2014. First night we stayed place seemed fine went to the restaurant onside 'ciao Bella' food and wine was beautiful for price. Second day our opinions completely changed €6.50 for a continental breakfast buffet which wasn't that great but your far out you have no other option. Dinner in the restaurant next two nights... My wife and two older children and I stayed at Camping Village Roma December of last year for the second time. Nice and clean separate camping type room. Very helpful check-in people, especially Danielle (guy) who checked us in during our first stay as well. Only minor hiccup was cold water in the shower one morning, but, other than that,... More

We stayed late June 2014 and were impressed with or stay. Having been sceptical before we arrived we were generally impressed with both the service and the atmosphere. Check in was a bit rubbish, with a very long queue and a really slow system when people are standing in the sun. We stayed in a fixed tent and for the... More

What a bloody horrible place. I don't even know where to begin. Firstly, it's a solid hour to get there. Whether it's two buses or a train then bus depending on whether the trains are working. The safe bridge across to the campground was closed so we had no option but to walk across a busy highway to get into... More

The people here are the rudest I've come across on my travels so far. As this was our first stop in Italy it did not give us a great first impression. There was no hot water at all to shower and the sheets and towels were dirty. It is way too far out of the city and on a main... More
