Bella Roma took my deposit and then later wrote to tell me they were cancelling my reservation. They refuse to refund my deposit. I think this is a con - just don't risk it. There are no good reviews of this hostel anyway, but it seemed a convenient location so I took a chance. Who knows how many phantom bookings... more
