first and most importantly, this place fully lives up to it's slogan "l'amore per l'ospitalità" which freely translates into "passion for hospitality" As many others have stated, Maurizio is the greatest host you could ever imagine, always smiling, cheerfull and willing to help. Locationwise, the hotel is located about 10 min by foot from main sights, while Colloseo area is... More

It's a really nice place to stay in Rome, and best of all is the host Maurizio, always smiling and helpful. We stayed in a superior room, gooz size with a little terrace. Bathroom was ok too. Breakfast has a good variety, and Maurizio can prepare a tasty capuccinos. Free wifi. Location is excellent, 10-15 minutes walking from most of... More

Stayed for 3 nights on a city break in Rome. Mario/Marius (forgotten which it was, sorry!) was a superb host. Very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable. Everything we could want from a host. Thankyou. Good - Location. 5 minutes from Lepante on the Metro. 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to cross the river into the main areas... More

The rooms are nice and very clean, the location is great, everything is in a walking distance - about 15 min. Walk from the center, 20 from Trastevere and less than 10 from the Vatican. The breakfast was ok. Oriana and Marco were super nice and very very helpful. Good value for money.

Travelled from Ireland and spent a night in OM2ROME. Fantastic location close to the Vatican. The owners were very friendly. Room and bathroom were very nice. Bed very comfortable. Would have no problem in staying here again and will be recommending this to friends and family.

We arrived at about 7 oclock at night and were instantly made to feel very welcome. Oriana and Marco appreciated that we were tired and hungry from a long day of travelling and let us get settled into our room, whilst also giving us advice and cards on the best local places to eat that night so we didn't have... We are a Canadian couple who travel quite a bit for business, and have fairly high expectations when it comes to hotel and hospitality service. We have never done a B&B in our years of traveling, and OM2Rome WAS OUR FIRST B&B EXPERIENCE. We were greeted by Maurizio upon our arrival in our first day in Rome, with the WARMEST... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
