This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The desk staff were rude, the room was REALLY SMALL and DIRTY! The bathroom door only opened HALFWAY because it was blocked by the toilet, the tub didn't drain and had a disgusting ring around the tub, there were stains all over the walls, the bed was like sleeping on... Stayed at this hotel for a night in October 2011 and was pleasantly surprised-the room was spacious, breakfast plentiful and staff most helpful. I would stay at this hotel again. More

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel Camelia and can only recommend it warm-heartedly! Having stayed in Italian hotels previously, this is one of the best 3* hotels I ever stayed at, considering Italian standards. The hotel is a 5-10 minutes walk away from the Termini station, thus very centrally and also conveniently located. Despite its central location, the street... More

Hotel Camelia was easy to find from the Termini train station. The lobby was rather small but the reception I received was very welcoming. I was a bit shocked at the size of my room, it was much smaller than I imagined however it was clean and neat and the air-conditioning was the best. There was wi-fi in my room,... More

We checked in at 11:00 to a very warm welcome but was told our room was not ready, "come back in 1 hour" no problem we were early so walked around the corner found a bar and relaxed for an hour drinking a cold beer in the glorious sunshine. Upon entering the room I was pleasantly surprised, the room was... More

The room was nice and cold, had a safe, and was staff was helpful. No wireless but they have a computer with free internet in the lobby. Was close (10 min walk) from Rep. and Ter. stations for the Metro. I would not hesitate to stay here again. More

We stayed here for 3 nights in June and had a good time. The hotel is clean, the room while not luxurious is perfectly comfortable and the staff are helpful and pleasant so difficult to find any faults worth mentioning. The breakfast had limited choice (pastries, fruit, yoghurts and toast) but had enough and what was offered was fresh and... More

It was easily accessible from the train station, less than 10 mins walk. Very important for me given that I'm traveling alone with 2 luggages! Staff was very friendly and helpful- thanks Stefano! More
