When we were at Anagnina we tried to ask for the promised free shuttle bus but "it was broken today". (Every day it was broken.) :) When we tried to use the free wifi it costed 4€. We had to ask for the promised welcome bottle of wine. Eventually we got it without glasses and opener. The place is very... More

When we arrivedto Rome at the address, what we can read at the galahotels.com, we can't find the hotel but the booking confirmation didn't sign the GPS position. After we found the hotel we checked in at the reception with help of kindly italian woman. The room was very poor. The fridge wtas not too tidy. The room was not... More

I booked this for my husbands 40th birthday , when i contacted the hotel they told me they where in a busy part of town and close to everything, sightseeing, nightlife , shopping ..... This was so wrong, it was in the middle of nowhere . I also pre ordered a bottle of good champagne to celebrate. When we arrived... More

If you are coming from Fiumicino you need 2 hours to reach the hotel!! You need 40min to reach with the bus from the airport the Termini station and then another 30min to reach Anagnina central bus station with Metro A, from there you need 15-20min to reach with the bus the hotel. The Chiampino airport is only 15min away... More

We were there for two nights only because our group had reservations there. Far away from the center and from metro, staff was helpful but the rooms were awful, bathrooms are with very old bath, sink, cracked tiles. It's like a legacy from the past!

This hotel was in the middle of nowhere and the exterior was filthy. I was afraid to walk outside once it got dark because the neighborhood was so dirty. Also, the hotel promised us a shuttle that would bring my friends and I back from the nearest metro station and then would not come pick us back up when we... More

We had already booked for 3 nights when I read the reports for The Hotel Arcadia. I was then expecting a crap place but it wasn't all that bad considering the price. We paid £80.00 for two of us for 3 nights so that works out at £13.33 each per night. We flew into the nearby airport of Ciampino and... More

Congratulations Hotel Arcadia, by far the most horrendous place I have ever been in my life! This hotel was advertised as a 3 star hotel, however I highly doubt it even has 1 star. The rooms were fowl, stank of smoke with ash on the wall, smoke alarms ripped out of the ceiling with 3ft of wire hanging down and... More

So we stayed at Arcadia Hotel for a week from Wednesday 19th February 2014 to Wednesday 26th February 2014. We arrived in Rome at about 11am at Leonardo Airport so we had a lot of daylight in the mission of finding this hotel. We got on the underground to Anagnina station and then from there we were completely confused on... More
