We had already booked for 3 nights when I read the reports for The Hotel Arcadia. I was then expecting a crap place but it wasn't all that bad considering the price. We paid £80.00 for two of us for 3 nights so that works out at £13.33 each per night. We flew into the nearby airport of Ciampino and... More

Congratulations Hotel Arcadia, by far the most horrendous place I have ever been in my life! This hotel was advertised as a 3 star hotel, however I highly doubt it even has 1 star. The rooms were fowl, stank of smoke with ash on the wall, smoke alarms ripped out of the ceiling with 3ft of wire hanging down and... More

So we stayed at Arcadia Hotel for a week from Wednesday 19th February 2014 to Wednesday 26th February 2014. We arrived in Rome at about 11am at Leonardo Airport so we had a lot of daylight in the mission of finding this hotel. We got on the underground to Anagnina station and then from there we were completely confused on... More

when we showed up we would have turned around except we already payed for a coupon. Inside the room had a smell that wasn't so nice. The bed was two uncomfortable singles pushed together. During the night we kept falling into the middle. Breakfast was small and incomplete. The location is good for being close enough to go to rome... More

Hi, I travelled to Rome with my sister and mum and stayed at the Hotel Arcada in early November 2013. I wanted to leave a review as I had read previous reviews before staying at the Hotel Arcadia and really was expecting to turn up to a dirty grubby hostel from the reviews. This hotel is definitely not that, it... More

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel due to a tight budget. Reading the rewiews prior to booking they made it sound like good value, how wrong they were. After a short but horrendious flight with Ryanair we arrived at Champino airport only to find out we have to get a bus to Rome centre, which took half an... More

As others seemed to have experienced, moved to another hotel as they claimed to have taken on a 'large party' and had no rooms? The next day found out they do this to spread money to their partner hotels (which were unfortunately worse than this) and only 4 other guests were in the hotel!. Very dirty hotel in the middle... The hotel staff were rude, they moved us to another hotel on our first night because they had no rooms even though I had payed for this hotel., apparently they do this a lot according to other guests in the hotel. When I complained with the travel company the hotel lied about everything. I wouldn't waste your money on this... More

We booked this hotel a year in advance and having read the reviews online were quite confident we had made the right choice. How right we were. The staff was helpful and very friendly and our room immaculate. There was a small fridge in our room which we stocked up with drinks and food bought from the Pam Supermarket literally... More

It is a fairly basic hotel and not close to inner city Rome, as we thought but it actually turned out to be quite nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. the bus service to the metro was really easy, once we had gone on our first trip and the train service was easy. They didn't have coffee/tea making facilities...
