We were here in the middle of May to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The staff here is just wonderful, from the people at the front desk - who were so great in helping us to plan some tours for the Colliseum and the Vatican Museum, to cleaners who kept our room/bathroom spic and span, to the wonderful breakfasts we... Located in Campo Di Fiori Il Forno is by far the tastiest take out pizza in Rome! The pizza Bianca is stupendous when out of the oven hot! All of the baked goods are so delectable and the service is quick and friendly. The owner Dino is very affable and will suggest his favourite pick! All the pizza's are baked... More

We stayed for five nights at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the high standards of the rooms, housekeeping, breakfast and most of all every member of staff. The roof top was an extra bonus. The position was excellent.

We stayed 4nights here and found the staff amazingly helpful in every respect From providing suggested walks to recommendations for restaurants nothing was to much trouble. As previous reviewers have suggested the rooms are a little small but beautifully furnished in an antique style as is the whole hotel. After a heavy days walking a tub rather than shower would... This hotel is full of character, gives a real feeling of being in Rome. We stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Close to historic centre, walking distance to most things. Roof top terrace offers beautiful sunset view of the Vatican. Highly recommended!

Location is the key to this hotel. It is located very close to all the historical parts of Rome and on a piazza that has a large market daily. The staff is most helpful answering any questions and for a hotel that is over 1,000 years old, it is updated and lovely. The rooms are small as are the bathrooms,... More

Beautiful little boutique hotel perfectly located with easy walking distance of the major attractions in Rome. Rooms are "european" sized, but elegantly decorated and maintained with all the modern amenities. Staff could not be more helpful, suggesting wonderful little "non-touristy" restaurants, organizing transport etc. Been to Rome many times. This is our new "favourite" place to stay.

Just returned from a 3 night stay, 8 -11 April, with my husband and 2 children. After exhaustive research, we booked Campo di Fiori, directly with the hotel. There is a lot to say, but I will keep it short and sweet! This is a perfect little hotel, on the Campo di Fiori, a lively and bustling market and piazza.... More

Location - central and very convenient Rooms - lovely though not large Roof top - fanatasic even at 9pm in late November (with a pullover!). Breakfast and service - great Gripes?? Tea and coffee making in the room and some form of room service, if we're being picky. No bar but there is plenty of bars and wine/beer shops close... More
