We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Camping Tiber. In 2012 I was highly disappointed by the camp but I can now say that it is better. Rooms were comfortable, lovely sitting outside in shade. Ice cream cones were nice but expensive!! Waitresses misunderstand customers (they can't speak English). Unfortunately the bus service needs an overall: it is quite shocking that... More

We were two backpackers looking for cheap accomodation and decided to rent a small cabin. The cabin was small had two beds and a place for our clothes do not expect too much but it was clean and comfortable, we were only there to sleep anyway. The restaurant/bar was nice they had internet and the food was good. Employees were... More

Amazing place, excellent food 🍲, happy people, clean and near nature 🌱🌲🌳🌿 Had a really great time there β›Ίβ›Ί I also enjoyed the sound of the river Tiber which passes through the campaign, the fact that it is not near the noisy city and of course the beautiful pool surrounded by trees πŸƒπŸŒ²πŸŒ³πŸŒΏπŸŒ±

Convenient - 10 minutes by shuttle to Porta Prima station and a 20 minute train ride into Rome, pretty rural setting, lovely wait-staff. Cabins are clean but very basic. Pre-fab, they are attached in pairs with very thin walls, so your neighbour's bedhead is right behind the adjoining wall through which light shows, so when someone is snoring the neighbour... More

We wanted a site that was as close to Rome as we could find and close to the metro. This campsite seemed to tick those boxes. We drove down the motorway and exited onto a debris strewn pottholed road - our first impression was not good. So my first advice is do not be put off by the road you... More

The Hostel is situated half an hour from Termini train station, the place is quite and the staff is kind friendly, the double room is normal, not very big but for one night is enough. Important thing is that you have to pay 1 euro each time for the shuttle from/to Prima Porta station, only the first time is free!!!

My husband and I after staying near Pisa journeyed to Camping Tiber with our car and caravan. We had a lovely welcome from a receptionist who spoke perfect English. The pitches are spacious. The toilets and showers were clean and modern. There is a small pool which was a oasis as the weather was extremely hot. We took the bus... More

Fantastic again. I love this place I come back year after year and enjoy the simple but perfect accommodation. The friendly staff make my stay comfortable and I am always very well looked after. The facilities are just fine. A well stocked market - no more expensive than the large store next door. A convenient laundry room with large washers... More

This wS a great stay for us. We even extended our stay two extra nights. Not ideal if you're looking to party in the city as the last shuttle bus is at 11pm. The staff was incredible to us and so helpful. We were upgraded to a camper and given free wifi for registering with hostelbookers. The city centre is... More

Convenient location - away from bustle of Rome but easy to get metro in to Rome. Handy shop and free computer use BUT so, so many mosquitos on this campsite. Got bitten at least ten times a day which makes sitting out in the evenings rather unpleasant. Bar/restaurant is also rather expensive. Staff lovely though and also facilites. Also had... More
