We LOVE Rome and this, hands down, was one of the be most fabulous stays we have ever had in this remarkable city! Even though this review is late, I am compelled to applaud Casa di Serena! Last May 2009, Rome was quite warm 85F. Upon arriving in mid-afternoon, our family room was heating up. I stayed here for my dream trip to Italy for New Year's Eve...and had a great time. The Casa de Serena a San Pietro was right in the midldle of staff where I wanted to be,..I really felt at home there and the staff were wonderful. more

Our first stop on our first trip to Italy and everything was perfect. Our gracious hostess provided a warm welcome and was always pleasant and kind, even when we asked many questions. Surprised by the beautifull inside, we stayed 4 days in this very convenient accomodation. The location in the center of the historical town and very close to the metrostation "Crispi" is superb. I just returned from a three night stay with my partner at "Casa di Serena" and can only write what has written before: just a wonderful place for an easy and quiet stay in Rome, central due to the proximity of the metro while at the same time it feels you are really living in a residential area of Rome.... more

Serena is wonderful, she will meet & greet you, the location is perfect for all activites, moments away from the Vatican, the metro is right down the street so you are at the Spanish Steps and centre in minutes, great restaurants around as well.
