I chose Ares Rooms because it was supposed to be a reasonably priced, centrally located gay rooming house. Where to begin. The room was modest, a bit cramped, no A/C. Ares Rooms was a good find - very central, a few minutes walk from Termini station and we were able to check in mid-morning. The room was clean and well-presented. The pension is well located, however there are a bit of positive and negative points : - breakfast is not served at the pension but in a Cafe closed to the pension. The Ares Rooms are centrally located, not too far from the Termini Train Station, and between an A and a B train stop. There are stores nearby and lots of small restaurants.
