I stayed with a friend 3 nights in Rome @ Carpe Diem, we wanted a place close to the Termini, and this place is 5 minutes walk from the station. Yes previous reviews are right, there are no signs outside, but as long as you find the street, Via Rattazzia it's really easy... good reference is the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele...
