It is unbelievable!! Was a terrible experience. One month before I tried to send an email to inform them about my late check in but they don't even have an email address. Was easy to find the address but difficult to find the hotel because was not sign with its name or any other indication about it. I was very... More

Okay, where to start. Let's start at the beginning; we booked our room at Carpe Diem B&B since it provided a decent price with breakfast included as well as a favourable location. We were aware we still had to pay city tax, but opted for this place in any case. However; upon arriving at the address stated on the website,... More

It's very near from Termini, Santa Maria Maggiore, and a Metro station is very near also. Choose a room not facing the street, because is noisy. Also you have to share the bathroom. No air conditioner. I think there was a ceiling fan.

Stayed here in en suite room for 3 nights & were extremely unhappy with the initial impressions. The building is a residential one on a little known side street which nobody seems to know the location of. The front of the building was heavily scaffolded & we felt as though we were knocking onto a small sordid offering, not a... More

Stayed with my Girlfriend in Rome at Carpe Diem, when we finally found it (no sign outside) the host gave us a map and marked the important places and trasportation ways which was nice. The problem is that they don't clean the room every day, and even though the room organized every day when we came back, it seemed like... More

I stayed with a friend 3 nights in Rome @ Carpe Diem, we wanted a place close to the Termini, and this place is 5 minutes walk from the station. Yes previous reviews are right, there are no signs outside, but as long as you find the street, Via Rattazzia it's really easy... good reference is the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele... More

It was our first time staying at this place and I am sad to say that we were disappointed. Upon arrival, we were allocated to a room without an ensuite when we paid for a room with ensuite. The hotelier realised his mistake and told us that we had to stay at the room allocated until the couple staying in... More

Whatever you do, do not stay at Carpe Diem. A friend of mine and I were traveling in Rome and booked a room at Carpe Diem. We followed the directions to the B&B and were unable to find it despite being on the street it was located on. There is no sign outside and the B&B is really just a... More
