Very friendly, clean, comfortable, centraly located, easily reachable from everywhere ( subway station is 10 meters away) and Mr Fabio is a very friendly, helpful man. Also as a part of an apartment, you feel yourself part of an İtalian neighborhood.

I'm really glad that we came across Federici when looking for decently-priced accommodation in Rome. The guest house is in a great location, being right next to a metro stop and just a short walk from Vatican City. The owner Fabio is fantastic - super friendly and has a lot of helpful tips on the best routes to explore Rome.... More

Clean, comfortable, lovely B&B with amazing breakfasts. It's a small B&B with communal areas to hang around in. Fabio was a wonderful host, telling us all about Rome and what to see/how to get around etc. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

Federici Guest House was a wonderful find! The B&B is located on the third floor of an older apartment building, which could cause you to underestimate their beauty. The rooms were recently remodeled, with lots of wood, and tastefully decorated. The owner was very helpful--with maps and suggestions. It is just a six minute walk from the Vatican with a... More

It was a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Rome. Fabio the owner was fantastic and full of knowledge. He was prompt with all communication and met us at the guesthouse on the day to help with our cases. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Small but very tidy bathrooms too. The built-ins and aircon were... More

we arrived from Milan at Federici Guest House early in the morning for a short 2 nights stay. Fabio, the host, greeted us with a cup of coffee and proceeded explaining how to get around in the city and what's worth seeing in such a small amount of time. Federici Guest House is 5 min walking away from St. Pietro... More

My friend and I spent the first week of June at Federici Guest House. Having not paid attention to the check in time, we arrived hours before our room was ready. Despite our early arrival, we were greeted by Fabio who immediately made us feel welcome. He took us to the common room, and brought us breakfast even though breakfast... More

Rome was our first stop in a whirlwind trip around Italy. We had flown over night and arrived in Rome on little sleep and a scheduled tour of the Vatican. Federici is in a high traffic area, as soon as you get off the metro stop you are on the front doorstep of the B&B, very convenient. Bridgeta greeted us... More

Just perfect. Our daughters were recommended Federici by a native Italian living in Australia, whenever she goes to Rome, Federici is where she stays. It is not 5 star but Fabio makes you feel so welcome, the rooms are generous with a private bathroom, the breakfast room is very comfortable with lots of information about things to see and do.... Let me first say that Fabio is fabulous! He is the best part of this B&B. We also met the lovely Bridgeta who is a smiling gem and greeted us on arrival. The room we stayed in was absolutely spotlessly clean. It seemed this B&B had 2 floors and we happened to be on the 3rd floor rather than the... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
