We stayed here for 2 days in December 14. The location was great and the rooms were good and the service was good. Would stay here again for the convenience and location. Being close to the Metro was a bonus!

Would not book a repeat stay. The receptionist referred to the hotel as a former "palace", but that's stretching the truth. It's very old, the furnishings need to be re- sprung, re- upholstered or renewed, the plumbing is poor - water in the shower is a trickle & the entrance is never manned, the lights being on a motion-activated switch... My wife and I spent 4 nights at Eva's Rooms. It is in a great locations, a couple blocks from the Spanish Steps. Although it was quite hot in Rome the day's we were there the rooms were cool. No problem with traffic noise as mentioned by some others. The breakfast's were waiting for us at the designated times. The... More

Friendly staff, and a great location. Definitely worth the price and it is very convenient to have breakfast in the room. Wifi was OK, perhaps a bit slow, but all in all a very pleasant stay. And again, staff was very helpful (and funny)

Firstly, the location of Eva's Rooms is superb - many things are within walking distance (including bus tour links). When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome and a great introduction about what to expect whilst staying in Eva's Rooms. The rooms are basic, but clean and that is what we expected. The mini fridge was a good size... More

This small hotel has an ideal location: between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. You can also walk to many other famous places. If you can walk within 1 hour you don't need any transport at all. The staff is very sweet and helpful, but the most of them don't speek English. Anyway they try to help. The only desadvantage is... More

We stayed four night last week at Eva's and loved it, it is located in the old city and close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The hop on hop off bus is down the end of the street and a two day pass is a must to see the sites. There are lovely cafés in the little streets... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
