This BnB is within a reasonable walking distance to all the major tourist sights, lots of restaurants and close to public transport. Fabiana and Alex made us feel very welcome. The room was kept spotlessly clean and towels changed. The bed was the most comfortable in our 5 day trip! Good value for Rome.

We LOVED pettinary village. The personal touch is exactly what you need when traveling abroad. We were instantly made to feel Italian in our own apartment in the city. Just blocks away from anything. Right in the heart of Rome. Perfect in every way.

This little apartment is perfect for a city trip to Rome. It is in the heart of the city, so you can visit almost all the famous places on foot. But the nicest thing is to just be able to walk out of the door and stroll through the nearby street,s piazzas, along the riverside etc. and then can go... More

My hubby and I stayed at PV for a week and loved it. The owners were very quick to reply to any email questions I had. Fabiana helped arrange a airport transfer from the b&b which made my life much easier. The room is down two buildings from where the owners live. The owners have two different types of rooms.... We stayed one night at the Pettinary Village in October 2013, on our way back home. Regretted that I hadn't booked it for the initial leg of our extended stay in Rome. Ale and Fabiana are wonderful. Fabiana had confirmed our arrival time via email (replying promptly every time). They live a few doors down from the b&b. Fabiana walked... More

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Pettinary Village last week after getting off a 13 day cruise of the Adriatic. Pettinary Village is located in the heart of medieval Rome within walking distance of so many of the famous historical sights! We did the Rick Steves "night Walk through Rome" from here our last night seeing Campo De... More

Our stay was from May 28 through 31st and we were vacationing in Rome from Chicago, IL on our honeymoon. When we arrived at the location on Tuesday afternoon we followed the instructions sent to us through the sleepinitaly.com website which stated to meet the owner of the property at the location site. Per the invoice provided to us, the... More

We stayed at Pettinary Village for the second time in 3 years in May this year. It was great to see Ale & Fabiana again and to find this beautiful location was just as comfortable as last time. The daily room clean up and restocking of breakfast provisions is perfect - lovely fruit juice, cereal, bread, pastries, yogurt, tea/coffee, butter,... More

The location of pettinary village is unbeatable.....we walked to absolutely everything including the Vatican. The only exception was termini rail station for the train to and from the b & b. We enjoyed our stay and thought Fabiana and Ale were very nice and welcoming. A few things though: no elevator so you have to lug your stuff up a... More

4 minutes from Campo di Fiori, 4 minutes to Trastevere, yet very quiet sleeping quarters. Pettinary Village B&B is like having your own studio apartment, but with maid service and breakfast food replenished daily. The owners, Fabiana and Alessandro, go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. While our room was... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
