Even though we booked months in advance, we received a call less than 1 hour before leaving for the airport to fly to Rome telling us that this hotel just cancelled our reservation. The hotel offered no assistance or suggestions for last-minute alternate hotel, leaving us scrambling at the airport for a place to stay. more

Nightmare. This hotel is a scam, a rip-off, fraud. Awful. Do not even consider staying here; sleeping on a park bench would be nicer. I spent a day filing a police report.
