The hotel is quite sad and the area very sketchy. I know Rome is not the cleanest town around, but the walk from the metro to the hotel was ugly. While the staff was friendly and helpful it could not make up for the depressing surrounding. I did not feel safe.

I went with my three children and even from home, I was already liking the place because the staff was very prompt and courteous to answer every question via e-mail. They made us feel right at home! But this time they went beyond my excpectations with a brand new room worth of a 4 star hotel at the same affordable prices. Well... More

Almost unanimously all in our group enjoyed our stay. The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were overly solicitous and ensured that we had a wonderful stay. I found some of the other reviews to be the total opposite of our experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!

Not much else to say, the place looks like a slum tenement, furniture broken and worn, our 2 bedroomed apartment was actually one mezzanine room, Net curtains were almost black, bathroom impossible to use. Extremely noisy. As for the area, we actually feared for our safety at night, surrounded by nasty looking high rise flats with gangs hanging around. We... More
