The rate was very low, the room very was large and fully equipped if we consider the price. At my floor there was a nice spa, not so common in this kind of Hotel. So: Convenient, near the Train Station, near City Center, with a nice Spa, good staff.

This hotel is 4 stars in some parts and 3 stars in others, small things as a worn down doorway intoo the room, small holes in the stone floor between rooms in the doorway, safetybox not bolted to a solid structure (it was light and could easily been carried away), the spa is great but the jacuzzi did not work... Excellent hotel in Rome, the staff, location and rooms were really good and the price affordable. The location is next to the Termini, which make really easier to commute in rome and to go to others cities. Recommend

Our last night in Italy, got off Freccia Rossa, only one hour ride from Napoli, too early for check in. My husband and I stayed at this hotel at the end of our two week visit to Italy and we're very pleased with the accommodations, the air conditioning, the free breakfast, the maid service and the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We speak barely any Italian, but they were very gracious with directions and anything we needed.

I had travelled to Rome for a 2 days business trip on Oct 28 and 29th 2014. This hotel was very near, walkable distance from Stazione Termini Roma. Close by attractions are Colesium and other few.. There are many local eat outs available and its a very happening nightout life in and around.Room size was very small. Breakfast was ok.Nearby... More

We used this Hotel the night before we went on our cruise from Civitaveccia. The location is a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini Central Station. Before we arrived at the Hotel our father in law got almost mugged by two "concerned" man, who pointed out, that one of his suitcase wheels was stuck while one touched his coat and... More

Rooms very clean, provided us with everything, well heated (even too much, but you can ask the reception to lower the room temperature and they will efficently oblige), there was even a sewing kit and shaving cream for men in the bathroom. You can chose from differnt type of pillows if you wish. Helpful staff, located near Termini rail station.... More

Stayed for 3 days in January and I chose this hotel because I was arriving late that night, and it was the closest to the drop off point of Terravision buses (coming from Fiumicino airport). Dont be put off with the area. Use common sense, as it is safe. First impressions of hotel was - a little dated, and was... More

On several occasions I tried to make contact with this hotel. I emailed but got no reply. I rang a number of times to book for 10 people for our wedding in april 2015 and book a meal on the wedding day. I was abruptly told "we dont take groups" I then asked how many rooms do you have ,... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
