The hotel is easy to find, located in a nice area less than 5 minutes walk from Termini station. The décor of our room and throughout the Hotel was lovely, loads of character, high ceilings, period features and very well maintained. The room was large with fridge and latest smart TV with internet access. Our bathroom had just been refurbed... More

Very well situated and well equipped. Had two rooms, both were lovely however our room had a newly updated ensuite. Our friends shower leaked at made the floor very dangerous and slippery. Don't drink at the hotel, there are much cheaper bars and restaurants all around. A great hotel with good facilities and efficient air con!

My daughter and I have just returned from a four night stay at the Piram Hotel. The hotel was lovely and the staff were fantastic. It is situated in a great location not far from Termini station and lots of eating places and shops close by. We bought a 3 day ticket for the hop on hop off red bus... More

We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to termini station on Rome. We didn't realise that once your within Rome you won't really use this station to get around, this meant a good 45 minute walk to the centre every day there and back! The hotel is close to hop on hop off bus so we used this... More

Me and my fiancée stayed here as part of our 4 week trip around Europe and this was one of the best hotels we stayed at. Located a couple of minutes walk from the Termini train and metro station. The room was very nice and spacious with air conditioning, fridge and a safe. The bathroom was great and clean. The... More

Short walk from termini station-5 minutes through nice area. Hotel is in an old building with loads of character, high ceilings, period décor but nicely maintained. Whilst there is a new lift they have kept the old one which adds a nice touch. Staff all speak English and were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Air con in room was good, small... More

Hotel was only a 20 walk from the colessum, Spanish steps and fountain de Trevi. Book tickets before you go to the colessum we booked through tick Italy and just walked straight past all the queues. We got an audio guide free with the tickets too. Hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with a good choice. Open top... More

Great location near train station. They were great about letting us drop off our luggage early. Good about providing a crib for our baby. The internet is bad, completely unusable in the room. It was fine in the lobby after I asked and got access to a non guest network. The elevator isn't ideal. You either have to walk up... More

It is perfect for visiting Rome couple of days - close to Termini and Repubblica square, so quick access to Airport and with Metro, to Colosseo or Barberini - Vatican lines; clean, friendly staff and with couple of facilities. Yes, you have to pay for the breakfast but you also have alternatives quite near - on Cavour street or in... More

Great location in Rome- so close to Termini station and also really close to via Cavour which is useful for navigation to interesting places like Monti etc. Perfect for our trip which was a city hop - one night in Rome, two nights in Orvieto for a wedding, then one more night in Rome before our flight. Staff very pleasant.... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
