We travel within Italy by train so the location of this hotel (less than 2 blocks from the main train station) was great for us. We also used the train station for the metro and getting to the airport - very easy and convenient. The room size was good. The bathroom was nice; even a jetted tub. Linens in the... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Piram Hotel. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and keen to help. Our room, like most city rooms was fairly small but adequate, clean and with comfortable beds. Like some continental rooms there were no tea or coffee making facilities, but we were well prepared taking our own travel kettle. The room has... More

My cousin and I shared a double room for 3 nights at this hotel at the beginning of October. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. We found the shower had lost pressure, and the safe wouldn't open. The shower was fixed immediately, but the safe was still shut when we left. This was not a problem, as... More

We stayed twice on our recent Italy holiday. Once when we arrived, and again when we flew out. The Welcome Piram is just one block from the train station in a great location, with lots of restaurants and shopping. Also easy to jump on the subway or bus. This hotel is beautiful, with lovely big rooms that are nicely decorated.The... More

I read mostly negative reviews about this hotel before I stayed there and I have to say I don't have one bad thing to say about it. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for us. Very close to Termini station which has great connection to the airport, yet away from the... More

Nothing close to 3 stars even , bad incompetent service , small rooms , small closet , AC defected , Safe deposit with no instructions and the reception doesn't know anything about anything , they say they have a bus shuttle , it's a scam ! All they have us expensive taxis ! Avoid it !

From reading the previous reviews, I guess I got one of the newer rooms because I had the mini fridge and safe inside my room. We had reserved 2 rooms, both double occupancy. We had arrived at the hotel at 11am, hoping the rooms are ready for us. Indeed, one room was, so we dropped off all of our luggages.... More

I dont know if mine was sheer luck or what, but the room I was given on the third floor, double for single occupancy, was great, large and with a big, comfy, crisp, clean double bed. Tv and wi-fi perfectly funtioning, and although the bathroom was indeed lilliputian, it was sparkly clean. Breakfast also was a pleasant surprise, rich, full of goodies,... More

Thank you to the great people who work there. My husband had bad jet lag so they checked us in early and gave him an asprin. When my flights changed they printed out my new info. Everything We needed was "no problem". The air France strike made us stay another day and they gave us the same room at a... More

Front desk are very surly, our reservation through Booking.com said "safe and mini bar". Our room had neither. We complained and got the room changed (safe is important for passports etc). New room didn't have mini-bar but not a problem for us. We had access to the SPA included in our booking but were told we'd have to pay (again).... More
