Staying with Giovanna for 5 nights in Rome was like being with an Italian family. My husband & I just returned from Italy. We choose this place because it was only 2 blocks from the Roma Termini station ( main train station). Since we only traveled by train & bus, it was important to be close to the station. We... more

We stayed only two nights in Rome, but thoroughly enjoyed staying at Giovy's. She makes everyone so welcome, chatting and laughing and giving out lots of info - she also throws in the odd hug and kiss! The room was big and comfortable and the shower room was spotless. We travelled through Italy by train and so the location near the... more

B&B Giovy was a wonderful option for me and my adult daughter. The room itself is descent and clean. Giovanna is what makes it so special. I couldn’t imagine all the hype about her on the Trip Advisor. She is warm, caring, helpful and charming. She is all about family and she makes you feel safe and welcomed. She will... more

The location is great: very close to Roma Termini station and all types of public transportation but it also felt very safe. Giovanna is true gem of a person. She does everything right. Her breakfasts are very thoughtfully prepared, rooms are cleaned well and her conversation is heartwarming. more

Giovy Bed and Breakfast is the only place to consider when staying in Rome - it's fantastic. Giovanna is an absolute sweetheart - so accommodating, friendly, a laugh a minute and will do anything for her guests - she really treats you as if you're just a part of the family. If you only met Giovanna and never left the... more

Giovanna was fantastic. Can you find a newer place in Roma, absolutely but the location to the rail/metro and many famous sites coupled with her honest genuine attitude and willingness to serve is hard to beat. Giovanna mentions that when you are with her your family and you get that sense. We had coffee one morning and her father came... more

We found this B&B on Trip Advisor. One of the guide books recommended against staying near the train station but we found Giovi to be in a safe neighborhood with great access to Ancient Rome as well as the Metro. The rooms were clean and ours was spacious. Bathroom was small (typical in Europe) but clean. Don't expect fancy -... more

This was our third B&B and we stayed here for our last two nights of the vacation, but we wished we had stayed here exclusively. The wonderful host, Giovanna, will make you feel comfortable and at home as one of the family. When we arrived, we chanced upon her father at the door who carried our luggage and welcomed us... more

All the wonderful reviews you read about Giovanna and her B&B are true! We had an excellent time staying a total of 4 nights at the Giovy B&B in Rome. Words cannot describe how lovely she is with her guests. From the moment you arrive and she greets you so warmly, to the wonderful breakfasts she serves in the morning.... more

Giovanna is a true ambassador. We found her B & B highly recommended, and there's no doubt why. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was hot with plenty of water pressure (just don't flush, the temp can go up or down a bit.) The bed was very comfortable, and with a room facing her courtyard there was no... more
