A lovely Guest House, close to Vatican. We walked everywhere from here. Small, clean and friendly. Michelle was a perfect hostess and keen to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend.

I will never forget my stay at B&B Tibullo, because it was a super quaint place, the location was absolutely perfect, so near the Vatican and restaurants and local establishments, but mostly for the TWO WONDERFUL WOMEN who run the place, Michelle and Lili. From day one we were made to feel so at home, like we were with family.... More

It was a great citybreak and the people I have met in BB Tibullo, Michelle and Lili, are some people who should not avoid them. I had a warm welcome and found a very clean place. Michelle and Lili guided us where we can eat well and cheap, and of course, where we can eat a very good gelato!!! Thanks... More

The inn very small and perfectly located just a few blocks from the subway and Vatican City, and some additional blocks away from La Fontana di Trevi in the opposite direction. The Colosseum and Roman Forum can also be reached by walking if you don’t mind walking a bit more. The inn is located in the first floor of very... More

We stayed at B&B Tibullo for 4 nights in September. Michelle was an excellent host and did everything she could to accommodate our needs. The only negative is that the bed was very hard; Michelle explained that she had replaced the mattress because others complained it was too soft. She purchased a mattress pad for us to try to make... I had booked Tibullo but when i got there, Michelle offered and convinced me to look at a small unit a few streets down the road. It turned out to be a great little private studio apt. Can't say enough about Michelle and her caring and attentive manner. I was solo so safety and location were imp and my expectations... More

I don't understand all the high ratings. Our room and amenities were nothing to write home about, but the hosts at Tibullo Guesthouse were cordial, our double room was spacious and it was a convenient 10 minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica. Our check-in consisted of them keeping our passports overnight. Personally I don't feel why they needed to. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for four nights in mid August. It is an excellent location within walking distance of all that Rome has to offer. Michelle, our host, was absolutely delightful. She could not do enough to help us, including meeting us at the bus stop from the airport, giving us a short tour of the local area, being on hand... More

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 days in the heat of summer. It was a calm, quiet respite from the crowds and the heat. The location was perfect for us - it was an easy walk to the Ottaviano metro station, the Vatican, and the main road that leads to much of the ancient parts of the city... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
