I stayed at Casa Navona for 2 nights with my sister on our trip to Italy in March 2011. When we first got there, we had a little bit of a problem finding the apartment, and when we found it, it was locked, so we were a bit unsure. Then we were approached by someone asking us if we were... More

My wife and I and our almost 5 year old daughter stayed in the third floor apartment for 6 days and my son and his girl friend in the fourth floor for 4 days. Others have mentioned the stairs; all I can say is thank goodness we only had to bring the luggage up once! But since you are walking... More

I was in Casa Navona on the first floor for three days with my mother and aunt and it was really a nice stay. First of all, the apartments are very well located so that you can walk to almost every highlight which belongs to a short Roma trip. The apartment is fantastically designed. One is not like in a... We really enjoyed our 3-night stay in the top-floor apartment. (There are a lot of stairs to climb, as other reviewers note, but this was not a problem for us.) The location of the apartments is amazing -- in the very heart of Rome, steps from Piazza Navona and within walking distance of the Pantheon, Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi fountain, Spanish... More

Travelling with a two-year old, having an apartment makes it all so much easier. And this was an excellent choice for us. A real find. Comfortable, and a perfect location, as all the other reviewers suggest. Main drawbacks were the stairs, but that wasn't so bad (upon hearing we were travelling with an infant, Serena arranged for us to get... More

We stayed at Casa Navona in June of 2011. We stayed in the top apartment on the 4th floor (1 apt per floor). Having been to Rome before, I was comfortable selecting a location for my family to stay and did not need "hotel" type amenities. The property is located just outside the north end of Piazza Navona. There is... More

Nothing fancy, no elevator, spacious, good air conditioning, decent bathroom. Serena was very easy to work with. Location was amazing. We were right at the entrance to PLazza Navona and could walk to the Fountain of Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Camp di Fiori and the Vatican (20 mins).

Nothing fancy--there's no lobby, it's not elegant, no swimming pool or elevator. But it was a spacious room, nice couch, powerful air conditioning and the bathroom was certainly big enough. In fact, the bathroom looked recently re-modeled and the shower had a nice door that made it comfortable and usable. OK, so there was a fee for the wireless Internet... More

Serena's service was outstanding & the location perfect for a family. Stayed in early Oct 2010 with my wife and 7 year-old son in the top apartment. Perfect location where you can walk straight out into Rome and to most locations, yet can close the double-glazed windows and sleep soundly at night. Great with a young child as in the... More

You couldn't ask for a better location, or for more welcoming and helpful management. My wallet was stolen on the bus between the train station and Piazza Navona (beware of the 64 bus - it has a reputation for pickpockets!) but when we went to check in with Emanuele at Navona Antiquariato, he immediately rang the police and I ended...
