Marvellous staff, ideal situation, near to Termini and easily walkable to many treasures! The hotel Teti was spotless on all occasions I have stayed, lovely room and excellent breakfast. As a lone travellor I always feel safe and looked after. Just outside the Teti is a good restaurant with really good food and helpful and a good bar on the... More

Great location, close to Termini station, a choice of restaurants near by. The room is spacious and comfortable, quiet, clean, great breakfast, attentive staff. Excellent value for money. Recommend to anyone going to Rome.

One of a number of hotels in this block, very close to Termini station, this was much better than another I stayed at. Modern, clean, warm, fast wifi, small but nice room. Reasonable value for money - I paid £50-£60/night.

This place is clean, the room small but enough for a single traveler. The close proximity to Termini station is the only compelling reason to stay here. Tonight there is a lot of street noise, crowds, accordion, and violin. If I close the window, I roast. The bed is hard as well Be prepared to cart luggage up steps until... More

Clean, tidy and well situated for transport routes. What more could you want from a two star hotel? Pastries at breakfast are a nice touch as not every hotel does them. The staff are very helpful and free Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. The only issues are that the area around Termini is not that salubrious and for a... More

Perfect 2 star hotel near Termini. Everything is good about this place. Don't aspect the best breakfast as every hotel in Italy are the same. AVOID the restaurants around termini station, it a BIG MISTAKE to eat around.. Few more steps u can find reasonable place to eat.

Location: hotel is located just a couple of block from Termini and a few block from Sta. Maria Maggiore. You have plenty of public transportation options from buses to metro to tram to trains. Termini is a transportation hub so it's very useful. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel is located in a... More

Teti is situated near the Roma Termini and for a B&B, the food was amazing. The room was also clean and wi-fi was available throughout. For anyone planning a solo trip and wanting to stay close to the station, this is recommended

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
