2/3 minutes walk to the central terminal bus trains and subway. Not a big hotel but very clean and quite although in a busy area. I will recommend it for those travellers who look for hotels just to rest and sleep.

Hotel Teti was my last one night spot after 3 weeks of traveling and I chose it because of its proximity to the train station. Unfortunately the other hotels I had stayed in across Italy (including an earlier stay in Rome) on a budget I found to be "better" - but that's just my personal opinion. For the price though,... Hotel Teti was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk from Termini and easy to find. I selected a hotel with a lift and although there is a lift we had to walk up about 10 steps to get to it. Downstairs there are many restaurants and there are grocery stores a short... More

Stayed 3 nights and chose this place because it is literally 5 mins from Roma Termini train station. The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. Air-conditioning cost extra, so do factor that in if you need it (we really needed it). There was a ceiling fan in the room, so you can potentially use that. The... More

In the heat of Rome, this is a good hotel for the location (walking distance from the train station), good value, and with working airconditioning. The airconditioning gets cold, cold. Not just European cold. Just FYI - airconditioning does cost 5 euro extra. Also, you do have to walk up several flights of steps - so just be aware if... More

Stayed for a few days in June. Staff were friendly, accommodating and really helpful. On our first day the key to our room snapped in the lock, the staff were apologetic and called a locksmith and we were back in the room in 25 mins! The staff also kept the key during the day when we were out as there... More

Marvellous staff, ideal situation, near to Termini and easily walkable to many treasures! The hotel Teti was spotless on all occasions I have stayed, lovely room and excellent breakfast. As a lone travellor I always feel safe and looked after. Just outside the Teti is a good restaurant with really good food and helpful and a good bar on the... More

Great location, close to Termini station, a choice of restaurants near by. The room is spacious and comfortable, quiet, clean, great breakfast, attentive staff. Excellent value for money. Recommend to anyone going to Rome.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
