Stayed 3 nights and chose this place because it is literally 5 mins from Roma Termini train station. The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. Air-conditioning cost extra, so do factor that in if you need it (we really needed it). There was a ceiling fan in the room, so you can potentially use that. The... More

In the heat of Rome, this is a good hotel for the location (walking distance from the train station), good value, and with working airconditioning. The airconditioning gets cold, cold. Not just European cold. Just FYI - airconditioning does cost 5 euro extra. Also, you do have to walk up several flights of steps - so just be aware if... More

Great location just nearby temini station.. Walking distance to hotel.. Easy to find the location.. The reception's guy very nice to us.. Gave us the town map n told us bout the bus route.. The room was clean with balcony n nice street view.. Toilet n bathroom a bit small but still comfortable for us.. The only thing I doubt... More

Stayed for a few days in June. Staff were friendly, accommodating and really helpful. On our first day the key to our room snapped in the lock, the staff were apologetic and called a locksmith and we were back in the room in 25 mins! The staff also kept the key during the day when we were out as there... More

Marvellous staff, ideal situation, near to Termini and easily walkable to many treasures! The hotel Teti was spotless on all occasions I have stayed, lovely room and excellent breakfast. As a lone travellor I always feel safe and looked after. Just outside the Teti is a good restaurant with really good food and helpful and a good bar on the... More

Great location, close to Termini station, a choice of restaurants near by. The room is spacious and comfortable, quiet, clean, great breakfast, attentive staff. Excellent value for money. Recommend to anyone going to Rome.

One of a number of hotels in this block, very close to Termini station, this was much better than another I stayed at. Modern, clean, warm, fast wifi, small but nice room. Reasonable value for money - I paid £50-£60/night.

This place is clean, the room small but enough for a single traveler. The close proximity to Termini station is the only compelling reason to stay here. Tonight there is a lot of street noise, crowds, accordion, and violin. If I close the window, I roast. The bed is hard as well Be prepared to cart luggage up steps until... More

Clean, tidy and well situated for transport routes. What more could you want from a two star hotel? Pastries at breakfast are a nice touch as not every hotel does them. The staff are very helpful and free Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. The only issues are that the area around Termini is not that salubrious and for a... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
