Perfect locatIon, decent accommodation, disappointing breakfast. Apparently this review isn't long enough so I'll ramble on a bit more. Frankly I think that's a bit cheeky really though. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Filipino staff give their very best good service as usual. I have a teenager and a 5 years old with me who felt at home.
Walking distance to Metro (underground train), Vatican City, Chinese restaurant round the square corner, a family run restaurant at the end corner of the Via Gracchi and within the vicinity of shopping area (includes designers)....

The rooms were small but perfectly formed, the staff extremely friendly. The lift is small - don't bring too much luggage - but the hotel is perfectly placed for the metro and for the Vatican. A map or a more descriptive diagram of the front door may help. It was very clean and for what we paid, excellent value.
We went in January - we found the hotel really easily although from the outside it wasn't too obvious. You just have to press the buzzer. The building has other things as well as the hotel, such as solicitors and possibly appartments. Anyway the hotel is only small - I believe 5 rooms in total. We had an amazing view...

The other couple had the...

You can see the vatican walls from your room and is a great location for the Vatican City. The rooms are clean and tiny. The staff and the service were very friendly and well done. I think these rooms were 22 sq m. Good price for being in Rome, but if you are looking for a little bit more space,...

Stayed "here" Oct. 1-4. Dealing with the owner of this place is disastrous. He booked a taxi for us, which showed up 45min late and I had to use my US phone to call his staff twice, who knew nothing, and wasted $20. Eventually found the driver and got to the hotel, which looked lovely if very, very small. We...
