We stayed for 3 nights before a cruise and adored this B&B. The family running Maryelen (and the sister Giovy) are supremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to Termini's bus, metro and train stations, making it easy to get anywhere in or around Rome. The neighborhood was bustling during the day, but much less busy and quieter at... More

We used this hotel for an overnight stay prior to a Cruise. Hotel was near to station - ideal for getting train to port. Staff very friendly, room large and comfortable, breakfast good. Would stay there again.

This hotel is located conveniently near the train station. Which made it easy to walk to. The actual hotel is very clean and pleasant. It's a family run hotel so they are very nice. The rooms consist of a bed, desk and a small clean bathroom. Note the showers are a very small so if you are handicap or very... More

I was a bit skeptic when choosing this hotel as it is close to the Rome Terminal but I then realized that I did a very good selection. Reason is Rome is a very large city and you have to use metro or bus to go to all the good places anyway so why not stay at a place that... More

The hotel is owned and staffed by family, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the train station (and also near a fantastic restaurant - Monti). The room was clean and not small, and quiet. Excellent value for Roma.

Mostly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Maryelen. Our requirements were clean, central location, with private bath and breakfast. Pros: - Great location, convenient to train station and walking distance to almost everything. - Clean FYI: - Breakfast was basically sweets. Lots and lots of sweet stuff. But it is food and included in price. Cons: - Bed was very, very,... More

Close to trains, bus and Metro but on a quiet side street. Staff were excellent in this family run hotel/B&B . We had been booked in a B&B around the corner that was dirty, noisy and overpriced and found this gem. Very reasonably priced - clean and well run. They helped with reservations for the Vatican Museum and recommended restaurants... More

arrived here after flying from Denver to Frankfurt, then to Rome. Jet-lag had set in but we found the hotel with the provided instructions. Very clean, comfortable room, great breakfast. I grumbled about no toaster at breakfast, and our hostess overheard me, and her husband made me toast, now that is service! Yes I would stay here again!

We stayed 6 nights at this B&B. The rooms we had were spacious, clean and quiet. We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and 4 more days at end of our trip in Italy. This hotel is near the Termini train station which was convenient for us to go to Venice and Tuscany. Breakfast was good and... More

This is a lovely family run hotel a few minutes walk from the Termini station. We had a 5th floor room with a small balcony (there is an old style lift for when you arrive with your cases!) and it was clean, tidy and had a nice (small) bathroom with good working shower. There was a fridge in the room... More
