I've been at B&T Rooms Trani with my boyfriend for a couple nights. The room was super, and so the people who welcomed us. The location is very close to Termini station, from where you can go everywhere. Quite silent at night. I had a beautiful journey.

We initially made the rookie mistake of staying outside Rome to enjoy some relaxing facilities. Having paid the price of Tokyo-like train and bus rides (being packed into public transport like sardines is admittedly one way of getting close to the locals) we moved into town to be closer to the action. We were a bit nervous after hearing reports... More

Convenient location, very close to Roma Termini train station. Cheap accommodation with clean rooms and toilets. Antonio helped planning our visit in Rome. However, our rooms weren't ready on check-in. In the night, we could hear every single noise coming from outside. Somebody was ringing the bell, beating the main gate all night long. We could hardly sleep. I would... More

First the good things... Close to Termini station and Aurelia let me leave my bags until the afternoon as I had a night flight and a room upgrade. The rest is not so good...poor bathroom situation, a little too communal, poor breakfast, no milk both mornings, noisy with traffic and hostel activity. Faulty waterheater, so cold shower until Aurelia steps... More

I visited Rome with three other American students. We stayed at B&T and we found the location perfect! Also we got free breakfast with espresso every morning. The staff helped us with maps and even cleaned our room during the day. GREAT PLACE!

I spent five days there with a group of students. The staff is just perfect, extremely friendly and helpful, especially Diana and Antonio. They were always there to give us advice or book something for us. For a group of students, the place is just perfect. They can be together and feel just like at home in what looks like... More

Diana was a great host, explained everything regarding the room and getting around Rome. The establishment is in a great location - within walking distance of major attractions and extremely close to Termini station, which was very convenient for my early flight back to the UK. Rooms cleaned daily, but you have to leave between 1000 and 1400 and although... More

I came to Rome with a group from my school for a study tour and we stayed here. It's actually really nice, even though the entrance looks like a hole in the wall. It is very secure with the front door, an iron gate, and then another locked door before you actually get to your room. I felt safe leaving... More

i was looking for a cheap and simple to arrive, bed & breakfast in the center of Rome. Closer to Termini railway station, is perfect for a city break in the city. I was been there with a friend never been in italy before. Very nice the Nespresso Coffe and classic italian breakfast with croissant.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
