My boyfriend and i stayed here for 6 nights. The quality us okay. There isnt much to do here so its basically only a place to sleep. The best part is the location. The bus stop for public transport is really close and trams and buses are coming regurlarly going straight to some of the best sights (colloseum, piazza nuvona,... More

A Casa Simpatia in Rome is very recommended. We had a stay first in the Massalongo apartment, and now in the Carmagnola. The area is very pleasant; the location is centrally with very good public transport options. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable; the kitchen is full with equipment, the WIFI Internet connection works good. It was great... More

The quality was really poor but what could you expected for this price in the centre of Rome? Everything was old, especially bathroom was bad. The worse thing was the smell of mold everywhere. On the other hand good location near central train station Termini with direct connection to aeroport Fuimicino. Just 10 minutes by walk to Colloseo. Good as... More

We stay at the Via Cairoli apartment. It was real Italian house with real Italian people. The room was average and clean. When we were there they have problems with towels but it was no problem for us. The communication with owner were little bit problematic. Overall: the accommodation was clean and ok.v Major positive is the proximity to sights... More

We stayed at the Carmagnola appatment of the facility. the building is very nice, with good traffic. the room was ok, i would not recommend it acutally but if you only want to sleep and have a fairly ok shower for not too much money, it is ok. If you want to spend more time (we were there for 3... More

Pros: fairly good location, easily accessible from Termini station, clean accommodation. Cons: scrappy furniture, the Internet connection was down (OK, probably was only a momentary problem, but they couldn't solve it in three days), the "Latin" attitude for solving the problems (with a wide smile, a cup of coffee and wide-waving, saying: "it will be solved!") . In summary, at... More

We stayed in 3 different places of Casa Simpatia, so we can easily say the places are not good enough for e.i. honey moon. The furnishings were average. In first place the cooker did not work. Staff promised to fix it the following day but they did not!!!! We had to use hot tap water to make us a tea... More
