On arrival it was very confusing, because there were no signs were to check in. Eventually discovered the check-in around the corner in another building. I had to lug my heavy suitcase by myself. The small room was very clean, had a small fridge and desk. The worst was the air-conditioning that didn't work properly. Rome is extremely hot and... More

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfort! Two basic things that i want from a hotel! We went on July and the ac was working just perfect! Its a decent choise for a room to return after longs walk to the cty! The location was perfect for us, is almost in the ''middle'' of all atractions! Very close... More

We were booked into a 3 star hotel across the road, but this appears to act as an 'overflow' hotel so we were given a room in this hotel - we were booked in for 4 nights and refused to stay here longer than 1, Particularly as we paid £90 a night. On that one night we were moved to... More

The hotel is in a safe area, convenient to all attractions, and has air conditioning. We found the hotel staff to be helpful, I asked for an extra pillow and they had no problem giving it to me. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet as well. Only complaint we had was that the beds were hard. Other... More

The hotel room was extreamly small. The heat system was out of order. It didnt work , it was quite cold in the room we slept with our clothes on to keep warm. We left hotel 3 days before planned because hotel was not what we expected. Seems like staff had no clue of our reservation. it took 3 staff... More

A Little tucked away but a great spot to Stay. Very reasonable, small but clean rooms. A little old fashioned but a very central place for access to many of Romes sites. We were 10 to 15 minute walk to basilica and Spanish Steps. Very helpful staff on Reception. Stunning doors at entrance to accommodation.

A bit apprehensive having read reviews previously but have to say that for the money paid, this was a very clean and comfortable hotel in great location for Vatican and city centre attractions. Bed linen changed daily. Only 100 metres or so way from river. Only adverse comment would be towards lack of tea/coffee making facilities but we took travel... More

Stayed there with my friend during easter. POSITIVE was the excellent location, we reached all attraction easily per feed. many restaurants, shops and coffee-bars nearby. can recommend Bar/Pasticceria "Mizzica", Via Catanzaro 30, for unbelievable cheap (cappuccino 90 cent, giant croissant 80 cent) but very good breakfast, if you like it italien style (coffee e dolci). Angel Hotel is easily reachable... More

I took my son for a five day stay here and Angel Hotel was ideal, within easy walking distance of both the Vatican and the bridges to cross the Tiber we walked everywhere. The bus stop is just around the corner making further to reach sights easily reached. The Hotel and area both felt safe and were clean. There are... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
