The best location at the Trevi Fountain. Very clean big apartment in a small silent street, romantic and historical. Hot water, good heating, big comfortable beds. We received more then we expected. Maria is really generous and nice person.

Me and my friend recently stayed here and wouldn't recommend it! Arrived at the b&b to our keys in a plant pot, could hardly fit both our suitcases in our box room. There was also a sign on the door saying it is not their responsibility if anything gets stolen out our rooms if the door isn't locked yet when... More

Location of this Hotel is perfect. You can easily walk and travel all the important culturel places from this hotel. But, their breakfast is not good. They are only giving a cup of tea and a croissant. Also, we requested them to provide a double bed, but they gave us 2 separate single bed. And one of the bed was... More

My partner booked weeks in advance through Booking.com and emailed the B&B to let them know our flight and arrival times. When we arrived in Rome we had an inaudible voicemail message left during our flight. We called them and apparently there was a water problem so we would be put up in a sister hotel, we were told to... More

Cancelled on day due to alleged water problems after emailing throughout the week before with no reply. Only notified during transit on plane to Rome that no room was available. Maria (I believe management) did find us another place by nightfall, no where near our previous, desirable, location. However, proceeded to charge us the full 3 coins rate as opposed... More

Drawn by the price and location, we booked a three-night weekend stay at the 3 Coins B&B in mid-May. We received a confirmation email within minutes. Upon arriving at the airport in Rome, we heeded the cautionary advice we read here on TripAdvisor and tried calling the place to confirm yet again. After several failed attempts to get through (they... More

DO NOT stay at this Bed and Breakfast/hotel...worst hotel-related travel experience I have had in over 50 years of traveling. I booked this B&B through Hotels.com. The confirmatnon from Hotels.com specifically said "Thanks for booking with us. You don't need to do anything else - just look forward to your stay." So my two young kids and I travel to... More

I had a really hard time finding the place, and if it wasn't for the help of a nearby shopkeeper, I wouldn’t have. This is basically a door, under a scaffold at the time, unmarked. It is a very old house with a few rooms on the 3rd, 4th and top floors if I’m not mistaken. The place was a... More

Only that the Taxi Driver knew where to find this place we would have assumed we were in the wrong place. The front door was off putting to begin with. We had trouble locating the door bell. The young person who responded was very helpful and assisted us to carry our luggage up the three flights of narrow stairs with... More

My wife & I spent a long while deliberating over the review and rating of this B&B. We have just got back from a long weekend stay in Rome at the 3 Coins B&B and here is how we think it is...i'll also include some really important information for if you have a stay booked in the future. As you... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
