Hi! We stayed in this beautiful hotel with our friends. We all liked atmosphere and everybody was very friendly. Rooms are big, if you measure as normal hotel room. Also air condition was free of charge. You can walk to Termini,If you have trolleys, then perhaps taxi is needed. But with handbags you Termini is about one block away. There... More

Stayed there for one night only on 17th of August, 2013, but liked the staying. Difficult to find, but cosy and clean hotel, with helpfull personnel, clean room and wi-fi free of charge. Thank you so much!

Room was big enough with en suite bathroom a nice balcony and all basic needs such as towels. No mini bar, no air conditioning. The girl at the reception was very pleasant. Location ok considering that it is next to the metro station, but for someone that prefers to walk to the city centre not very convenient.

Do not pre-book this hotel, first check the room and then pay the money. Very dark entrance, looks spooky. Quite near the Roma Termini. Chinese manager was horrible. After going through same thing in Venice about the A/C in Domus Cavanis, I was not going to accept the room without A/C. The person at reception Alamin was very helpful but... More

The positive things first.. : For us, the location was the most important when booking this hotel. It was conveniently near Termini station but far enough from all the noise of the station surroundings. You walk from the hotel to Termini in less than five minutes. The noise from the streets was nicely blocked by the windows. We also liked... More

I stand in this hotel in May 2010, booked a room by booking - site. When I come to reception, two chain guys meet me, I PAY!!! here(before I come to room), after that they said that here no free rooms, but in other part of hotel they prepare the room for us. So we come to this other building(it's... More

The rooms were clean but so small that we all kept bumping into furniture. The location is good. But the quality of the hotel was not satisfactory. for this price you can find a better hotel. The staff was not friendly or organized. The elevator was not working, so we had to go upstairs with the luggage. Moreover, we were... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
