The hotel was too far from center. It has a bus stop just in front. Three stops away there is the metro station to coloseum. The restaurant closes at 2. And in a rainy day i had to walk 20 minutes to find something to eat. The breakfast was below average and when i asked for butter they said it... More

Reading the reviews, I was initially a bit concerned, given that we had two kids (who get tired by end of the day), but the value that you get is something which makes the distance from the city worth it. If you are not on a time budget but ready to explore (like us), this is a great deal and... More

It is a little far from the center of Rome. But a great hotel. I would come back, its about 20min to center thanks to metro. A free wi-fi, rooms are big, food is ok, staff not so bad. Didnt stay to long, just for a few days and as a tourist a im glad i choosed this hotel. Hope... More

If you're doing business in this area of Rome then this is a great hotel to stay in- modern, spacious, a old parking, comfortable rooms.... However, if you're in Rome with the primary objective being tourism then I'd strongly advise you stay away. This isn't a particularly pleasant (nothing dangerous about it) or interesting part of this beautiful city. True... More

If you are coming to Rome to visit the city, stay elsewhere. This hotel is located far out in the suburbs, a long way from the nearest metro stop. Ignore previous reviews suggesting that the metro is a short walk. The metro is a 25-30 minute brisk walk along very busy, poorly-lit roads. It is easy to get lost. The... More

Pleasant hotel with a good location for the Palalottomatica music venue and very close to a huge shopping centre. Good quality rooms for a low cost hotel, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are fine, toiletries provided, shower & shampoo. Free internet. restaurant looks fine Fine for a business stay or a short break, although the rooms may be a it small for... More

Hotel design looks nice and modern, both exterior, lobby, aisles and rooms. Although my room looked brand new (or renewed) the furniture was already worn and the toilet seat was broken (room 432). Room was very clean however. Wifi is often very slow. I would have given the hotel a higher rating if it wasn't for the breakfast experience. Italian... More

Hotel accommodations are very nice in all aspects. But unfortunately this is where it ends. The reception staff seemed very inexperienced but they were at least friendly. The restaurant, well the best word for it is, terrible! After the first night with 150€ dinner bill for completely tasteless, yes tasteless even in Italy we did not go back. Breakfast was... More

Stayed in this hotel with my family in July 2014. It is located away from city centre, so it is not affected by the usual hustle and bustle associated with down-town locations. A bus stop just is located just in front of the hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and willing to assist with directions. A large shopping centre is... More

I stayed at the Novotel Roma Eur for two nights in rooms 432 and 410. On the first night in room 432, there was no hot water in the shower. The next morning, there was hot water only for a few minutes, but only in the hand-held shower nozzle, not in the overhead one. Upon complaining, I was moved to... More
