Good Hotel, clean modern rooms, sufficient space, queen bed, nice buffet breakfast included. 15 minute wlk to the Metro train - then only 15-20 minutes to Roman colosseum....Awesome area with so many things to see!

When this was under previous ownership as the OP the standard of customer service was great. Sadly on my last stay, just this week, as a Novotel, I was decidedly unimpressed. The rooms are the same (freebies in the room of lower quality for sure) but the customer service in the restaurant, or requesting room service (as a business woman... More

Staying here for business, can't praise it for too many things. The internet is for free and has strong enough signal, but still many of my peers had some strange issues with it. The interior is modern, although it looks a bit too simplistic for a 4* hotel. Nevertheless, the restaurant is completely opposite to all this. During the week... More

Italian service is something I have not yet got used to. The body language of staff can be very strange, appearing to be not interested and bordering on rude sometimes. I could smell the smoking guest in the room next to me, and the quality of the WIFI was below average. but...the restaurant of OP Hotel is one of the... More

Stayed for 2 nights on a weekend. We arrived early in the morning and they gave us a room with 2 queen beds which was incredible (almost a free nights stay) The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. You can take the 777 bus directly in front of the hotel to the metro palasport to... More

A pleasant and comfortable hotel with a modern design and decor. Funky art and furniture adorn both public spaces and bedrooms. The beds are 6 feet wide and comfortable, with an abundance of pillows and cushions. Complimentary toiletries are limited but sufficient. Like a lot of European hotels, there are no facilities fro making tea / coffee in the room.... More

I was booked into here by the organisers of a conference at the very nearby Ministry of Health. Having read the reviews, I was not too optimistic, but found it a curate's egg, and rather more positive than I had expected. Two of the criticisms related to distance from the centre, and being soulless. In terms of the former, a... More

I slept here one night and overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for business trips in this area of Rome. The room was nice, service friendly and helpful. At night I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and got positively impressed...there is not need to look around for a nice place to eat because this restaurant offers good food... More

I didn't expect much so was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Out of the way and a good 15 minute walk to the metro, I stayed here for business. The room was well furnished and cool against the stifling heat outside. Only downside was you payed extra (only a small charge) for internet in the room. I also dined at... More
