the best choice to stay calm and quiet near the center of Rome, more the price was good and the staff was kind. Not so easy to reach, but one time learned the way it's ok to earn a good stay in Rome. OK

Stayed here 4th-10th March 2014. nicely decorated and very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly nothing was to much trouble. The area looked a bit industrial on the drive from the airport, so we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was and the lovely surroundings. You wouldn't think you were only a short walk away from... More

Scheppers hotel is futher away from the centre but we didn't mind. The hotel has an amazing and the kindest staff I've ever met! So helpful. Clean and quiet rooms aswell. Good price level. Will recommend for young couples who like to spend all day in the city and come back to quiet and good night sleep-

as many others said here you get what you pay: low rates, simple no frills rooms and simple breakfast (1 cappuccino free of charge) - a typical Italian 3* hotel!! Above average because the silence and good working AC (otherwise average) However I think there are worse hotels in Rome where you might feel more cheated. The rates in Scheppers... More

Very disappointing. The bed was hollowed, the breakfast was white "cardboard" bread and jam. Most staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, there were only one gentleman who was very rude. The worst thing for us was that the hotel was located on a steep hill, so our 77 year old grandmother could only reach it by taxi. This did... More

Too expensive for bad hotel. Breakfast wasn't good (old bread, old butter, not very good products). The receptionnists were welcoming. The bed was horrible with a hole in the middle. This hotel is very noisy, we need to take a bus to go to city centre.... Very bad experience

if you want to stay quiet close to Rome Sheppers is a good choice, good quality of the building, rooms recently refurbished in a simple but good way; kindness at the desk office, the only problem is the distance.

The hotel is cosy and very clean but I presume that rooms on the 3rd floor were not renovated recently. Everyday cleaning service (very precise!) and fresh towels are a plus. Unfortunately, the wi-fi didn't work in our room at all. Room equipment is basic, but there is an air condition. Hovewer, I am not sure if this hotel deserves... More

This hotel was basic but clean, staff were extremely helpful. Location was not very convenient and the 246/247 buses into central Rome were frequent but very risky. WARNING Despite having been warned by hotel staff and various other people during our trip about "pick pocketer's" we still managed to be a victim. This happened on an extremely busy 246 bus... More

The hotel is set in a courtyard with trees, in a very quiet area. You think you're in a cabin in the mountains. Behind him is a land with greenery. Rooms are clean, impeccable service, abundant breakfast. Wi-Fi network open non-stop. The only disadvantage is the distance from the center and transport circulating poorly, I waited maximum 45 minutes for... More
