Stayed at Hotel Lazio while chaperoning on my daughter's high school trip. Rooms tiny, even by European standards. Do not stay on 2nd floor; horrible smell in every room we had kids in - opening windows helped considerably, but let in street noise even though hotel is off the main street. No shower curtains in baths, but baths were clean... more

My friend and I stayed at the Hotel Lazio, Via Vicenza, Rome during Easter 2005. The hotel is well situated next the the main bus terminal within walking distance of all tourist attractions.
