Clean, large rooms. This hotel was once a convent and is still owned by an order of nuns. The Concierge was very friendly and made some great recommendations on places to eat that were not touristy. We had a family room and it was huge - so much space for 4 of us with our own bathroom. Would definitely stay... More

We just returned from Italy and stayed at the Nova Domus our last two nights. It was the worse hotel we stayed in our whole trip. Don't usually complain, but we told them they should shut down 229 as it was in needed repair. Carpets were very very old. The hot water did not work, they had someone come up... More

Rooms were spotless, concierge was very friendly, central location-overall a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Extremely close to Termini station. Free breakfast in the mornings was very nice with Italian pastries, cereal and espresso beverages.

This hotel was once a convent. In fact it it's still owned by an order, but professionally managed as a hotel. Very nice, well appointed large rooms. Spotless. Helpful staff. Breakfast offers many choices. Very fairly priced. Well located just a few minutes from the train station. A number of restaurant choices nearby, including La Mela D'Oro which is recommended.

This clean, simple, well managed B&B in a portion of a convent is located next to Santa Maria Maggiore (go there for Sunday Mass to see Catholic Rome in all its pomp and ritual). The B&B is across the street from the Giacomo Santini shoe store which is the outlet of the much much pricier Fausto Santini on Via Frattina... More

This is a well located, simple, clean and relatively quiet hotel. It is close to the Termini and there are a number of interesting streets nearby for shopping and restaurants. The young woman serving breakfast was friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that on one morning during my five night stay there was no hot water (apparently this was the... More

Domus Nova Bethlem is within a short walking distance to Rome's Termini train station and bus terminal making it easy to go visiting the city or any other city in Italy. Next to Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, an important site, with sightseeing buses stop nearby. Rooms are well appointed and renovated with upper-scale materials. Stayed in a single, which was... Visited Rome for the long weekend of 25th April as a family of four with two kids under 10. This b&b is ideally placed near Termini Station but not in a dodgy area, near to Santa Maria Maggiore Church. Has bus stop right outside which offers various routes around the city and equidistant between Cavour and Termini metro stops. Also... More

This was our first visit to Roma. We were booked at the Saturnia Hotel. Once arriving at the Termini from the airport and being scammed by the taxi driver for 10 euros to handle luggage for 3 people, we checked in. We are in our 60s so were not happy about there being no elevator and we were in the... More

This was our first Rome visit and we booked the Domus on the advice of a neighbour. On arrival by train at Termini it was easy to find Via Cavour and a short and easy walk downhill brought us to the Domus. The place is spotless, the room was very adequate for our needs apart from the absence of a... More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
