Rooms were cramped, the towels 'grey' and thin. Dangerous in the bathroom no bathmat or shower curtain. Poor breakfast, rolls from the freezer ?, poor selection of cheeses and meats (processed). Helped a friend check-in. Staff made clear that they thought we wanted to share a single room - but quoted an absurd price to upgrade to a double room. They were so rude and unhelpful that we stayed in my hotel instead - much more comfortably and cheaply. Needless to say, we got no refund. More
