This Bed and Breakfast is located in a very poor neighborhood. We certainly did not feel comfortable walking around at night. The woman owner was extremely rude. Be prepared to share kitchen and possible bath with strangers. For $130 euros it was not worth it. We went down the road to a nice hotel with a full breakfast, closer to... more

Didn't know what to expect when booking this apartment. But found it excellent for our needs. I don't think I would like to go there and share it with strangers. But for my friends and I it was first rate as we had the place to our selves. I agree with the earlier comments the lady who ran it was... more

This B and B is not in a good part of town. Though close to the Termini we did not feel safe walking around this area at night. Little hot water for you to bathe in especially if you're not the first one in. Don't mean to give such a bad review to these owners but we could not believe... more

Date; 16 September 2007 Reviewer: A tripadvisor member, Singapore We have just returned from a five day stay in Rome. We stayed at the bluerose b/b. We were welcomed by the very nice Italian lady owner, who cheerfully waved at us from the window of her b/b. It was a very welcoming sight for us, weary travellers, who had been... more

Our first night in Italy (my first in Europe). My daughter and her friend got there before us, and weren't allowed to leave their luggage there for the hour before we got there. There was NO air conditioning. There were 2 air conditioners in each sleeping room, which were running because we could hear them, but there was no cool... more

For the price, Blue Rose is a nice place. It is a loft with separate bed and bathrooms for multiple guests. The neighborhood is not great. The Termini is the only thing within walking distance, but that does get you anywhere you need to go in Rome. The rooms are fairly spacious. The kitchen is extremely small and is difficult... more

the place is small and clean, rather noisy in the street at night so we closed the windows and switched on the air-conditioner (which I think was as noisy as the traffic on the street). Reasonable walk from the place to Termini and once you were there you could find virtually everything. Breakfast is self-service style. Hot water supply in... more

I want to say straight off that I am not discouraging anyone from staying at this B&B but I think you need to know some things that you may find important. Afterall, the location is pretty good and the rate is excellent for Rome. The owner of the B&B does not stay there. It is 4 rooms and three bathrooms... more

The Blue Rose B&B in Rome is a small, nice and very friendly little B&B. Rooms are nice, bathrooms clean and the B&B is run by the nicest little lady! Anna Rosa was a charming elderly lady who made us feel very welcome and even gave us a painting of Rome (which her brother-in-law had made) to take home! only... more

I stayed in the Blue Rose for two nights and it is a real Italian B&B! No frills, but safe, clean and run by the sweetest Italian woman - she spoke almost no English but we communicated through gestures and broken Italian. The neighborhood isn't great in terms of sightseeing, but it is close enough to everything that the low... more
