I must admit that I was pretty worried about booking this Hotel after reading the reviews, but I was more than pleasantly surprised, and I definitely recommend this hotel for people who plan on spending most of their time seeing the sites in Rome, and are looking for a simple, nice, clean place to rest their head. The staff was... More

First of all the "location near Stazione Termini" is a lie as the hotel is located on the same street but at 1.6 miles from the station. On the second day the Nintendo of my child was stolen form the room. They "suggest" me to call the "Carabinieri" (Police). I did not as we could not waist our time filling... More

Upon arrival at Center 1 I was directed to Center 2. Upon arrival at Center 2 I was told there was no room for me and I would be staying elsewhere. The receptionist marked a cross on a map and sent me on my way to a new, unknown hotel on a completely different street. I don't think this is... More

I booked a trip for 26 adults to stay in Hotel Center 123 for the six nations weekend. As I booked for a large group, I basically tried to find the cheapest option. When I booked this hotel I warned all in my party that the hotel was not going to be great as all the reviews I had read... More

The room was very small and in need of renovation. I’ve never seen such an old tv system – couldn’t even figure out how to turn it on. You could barely turn around in the bathroom it was so small. I went out to see the sights, and when I returned to the hotel around 9:30pm, the door was locked.... More

The good news is the hotel was basically clean. But beyond that-the staff was polite but definitely not friendly. And were less than helpful when we needed assistance finding a phone number because our flight was canceled. Actually, I was told I was wrong my flight was fine and it was made abundantly clear I was bothering him. I was... More

Stayed for one night before going to the airport. We arrived at the address specified by the hotel, only to learn they had booked us into "Hotel Center 3", so we had to drag our luggage up stairs and find this other one. The room smelled of bleach, there was a creamy-looking substance on the carpet, along with other stains.... More

There are many complaints about this hotel. We happened to stay here for our honeymoon. Sure it is not the most glamorous room in all of Rome, but at the same time, when you are in Rome, there is so much to see -- the last of our focus was the condition of the room. The hotel is a 10... More
