Horrible, ugly, and very frustrating. The neighborhood is scary (the hotel is located in front of the railway). Your room is in one building, you have to exit it and ring a bell in a nearby building to contact the reception, no telephone set in you room. And of course, when you return from the sightseeing, you have to claim... More

This was our first time to Rome. Travelling to the center from the airport was easy as pie but getting to the hotel was a bit of a feat. It was quite a walk from the train station and not what you would want with two bags. We thought the hotel was nice, spacious and clean rooms, quiet and comfortable.... More

We have just returned from Rome & stayed at this hotel. Basic is an exaggeration. We were in Centre 3 , located in a side street after a long walk from station. The area is fairly neglected & lots of graffiti on buildings ( including the hotel entrance). Room ( use this term very loosely) was on ground floor just... More

We travel to Rome regularly with senior high school students and I would not use this hotel again. It is in one of the less salubrious parts of Rome, is quite a walk to the Metro, and at night it is a little concerning to be walking from Termini through this part of town. Some local restaurants within walking distance... More

The hotel's entrance is lower than road level. Their is no ramp for easy rolling of luggage so you have CARRY your luggage even if they have wheels. The rooms are okay. My children and I stayed in a relatively big room but lighting was very dim. The shower and toilet were passable. Ours was cleaned everyday. They didn't have... More

I was travelling with a student group, and while we got a pretty good value for the rooms, I would never even consider returning to this hotel alone. It's in an inconvenient location and our rooms were grubby and old. We had a double room 3 meters from the front desk on the ground floor, and our room was very,... More

My bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great (and tons of hot water), the windows are double glazed so any street noise was really minimal. The staff was friendly & tri or quadrilingual. 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. I never waited more than 3 minutes for a taxi and the front desk was always happy... More

the hotel is 10 mins by walk from the Rome central station. the sleep quality is poor as the railway tracks are nearby and the local trains run frequently in the night. the rooms are reasonably good, the staff is freindly but the service and the dining is poor More
