Having just returned from a 3 night stay with a party of 31 this hotel was fine. The staff were helpful when we had issues like students locking the key in room or jamming the safe. The breakfast was fine for us all with a wide choice. The location was very handy for both Termini/ metro as well as walking to... More

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a school trip from the 13th July and was forces to agree with many of the reviews on here! Staff were poor, beds were poor and broke, some wooden slats were missing from the camp beds and we were charged for them even though we did not remove them. The pack lunches... More

When my travel agency informed me we are going to stay in this hotel I was really afraid because of the bad reviews on Tripadvisor. 1. I was in a single room no. 126. The decor was a bit boring, a mish-mash of different styles but I didn't expect anything special. The bathroom was clean, no trace of any mold.... More

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is dirty, the staff are incompetent and rude, and it is loud. It took s 40 minutes to check in, not because there was a long line, but because the staff does not care. You are given a key attached to a weighted "keychain" which is also... More

From previous reviews I thought we were booked into a horrible Hotel. We had a group of 50 students, from reading some of the reviews I was concerned for our group. I feel the main problem is the hotel lists itself as a 4 star when it is a 2 star. They have no internet at all which for 2014... More

I've just arrived back from my trip to Rome and I am so glad! I went to this hotel as it seemed good value for money and the location was good! How wrong was I!!! The rooms were disgraceful, there was no room for anymore than 2 people in a 4 people room there was dirt and grime everywhere, the... More

dirty, noisy. Full of loud , out of control student groups. My A/C didnt work, it smelled like something died in the room. Elevator shaft is extremely noisy- sounds like a drill. Hotel staff unfriendly and not helpful. We all moved asap the next day. miserable.

We stayed here as part of an educational visit. First the few good points - the hotel is close to the Termini station - 5 mins walk - so easily accessible, there are a number of good value eateries close by and the rooms were clean. However - the hotel caters mainly for student groups and this tends to mean... More

We were student group which choose their destination to Rome with target to experience the sightseeings, and stay in decent hotel for 2 nights, when we checked in and saw our rooms it was bit of sock, the rooms were really small-no space to even turn around, in showers there wasn't curtain- and because of strong water pressure all bathroom... I do not understand how do they rate hotels in Rome. Thisone is a 4 star hotel with awful breakfast, poor room service, impolite reception staff and without an internet/ wifi conection. I have been in much better hostels in China.
