Like the title says, Nickolai and the other staff were great. I read a review that the staff were rude, and I can not believe that to be true. When my wife and I arrived at Hotel Harmony, Rome was well in the 90s. Forget the fact that the elevator is beyond small and that reception is on the 4th floor - no big deal. I would not under any circumstances recommend this hotel to others - the room was unclean, excessively hot (airconditioning was not available for an extra charge, as advertised) and the "shower" (a tiny cubicle with a plastic pull round "door") was so small that neither I nor my travelling companion could actually fit into it . Dear Madam, we always appreciate each comment even if bad of our hotel in order to improve our service and give guests a better welcome. In your case, maybe you didn't read well our cancellation policies which are common with many other hotels. Your problem as I understood was that you didn't feel well in a room without air conditioning....
