We stayed in July 2013 for four days. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and serviced everyday including new towels. The air conditioning worked well and a small fridge was provided. Shower and sink only in our room - lovely copious hot water! The room was small but adequate. Television provided and worked fine. The hotel has... More

Staff is very friendly, the location is perfect for travellers.I was satisfied with everything. It's very easy to find, you feel yourself safe and think only about sightseeing. Maybe the only bad thing is the lift, but it's more strange than dislike. RECOMMENDED

We stayed here twice in June 2013 in Different rooms and were pleased both times. A close two blocks to the termini and everything else, like the colosseum and forum are walkable. Clean rooms and air conditioning and an elevator!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we had a very good time. The room was spacious and had a little fridge, a solid bed and plenty of outlets for electronic devices. The cleaning happened every day and was very good. We had a problem with our toilet, the seat was broken and they fixed it within a... More

Went there in november 2012 for a quick tour of Italy's capital and we needed a low-cost room to rest after a power tour of 2 full days of sightseeing. We were surprised by the cleanliness of the room and, most of all, the quality of the service. Sleept for 3 nights there and we had no problem relaxing. In... More

The location, very close to Termini is a major plus point, making it easy to get around. Reception was very helpful, providing directions and travel advice and check in straightforward. Only stayed one night but room on 4th floor was clean and comfortable. Shower is small, but serviceable. The lift is small probably take 2 people with luggage, although we... More

It is very close to the train station and is easy to find. The room and shower were very very small but despite its size, it offered most of the amenities I needed – fast internet, TV, hair dryer, and even a fridge. The room was in good condition and quite clean although I found hair inside the shower. The... More

First of all, location is great: Termini's the center point of Rome transport network. You'll have everything you need at the station: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, fast food, etc. Terravision buses from both airports stop just 1-minute walk from the hotel - just on the corner with Via Milazzo. Fenicia's situated on the 1-2 floors. You'll be given keys from the... More

Hotel Fencia is in an excellent location. It is very very close to Termini so getting to anywhere int he city is very very easy. Hotel itself was OK. Its on the second floor with an extremely narrow staircase. I had a single room which did have a bathroom in it but it was TINY!!!! And the bed was basically... More
