Breakfast was ok, although there could have been more fruit & brown bread. If you don't get there early all the hit stuff is gone although they say it's until 1000, there's less on offer after 0900. The room was small, & smelt really bad of damp, we found a big wet area on the carpet & reported it yo... More

A friend and I stayed here in August 2014. On arrival we were given our room key, we had booked a twin room and were given a double, the bed was tiny and not really a double at all. We returned to reception desk and told them the room was unsuitable, after a chat with the receptionist we were offered... More

Staff were all happy and helpful. Room was huge for a single occupancy. Bfast was decent. Bathroom spotless. Pillows were far too soft and thin but bed was comfortable enough. Location, bit far from the centre but there are regular buses that takes you to termini central station.

booked as part of a 6 day Rome/ Venice short break this Hotel was excellent value. We did not experience any of the poor service mentioned in some reviews and could not find fault with any element of the Hotel. really cool and comfortable room, polite reception and helpful staff. Understand this is a 30 minute bus journey from the... More

We stayed at the Sunrise Hotel for 3 nights whilst on a mini break. The price is very reasonable and the hotel itself is an ideal base for a city break to Rome. The staff are some of the friendliest people we've ever come across on holiday and nothing seems too much trouble for them. It's located out of the... More

We went there in our wedding anniversay. The hotel was amazing. The room service was very good. Everyday the lady cleaned the room without even asking her. The reception was very helpful and speak English well. They gave us Rome map for sight seeing and transportation. The hotel located 20 mins far from room centre by bus 61. The price... More

Really enjoyed the hotel. It is slightly far from the main areas of Rome but this is easily solved as the bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. The bus 60 will take you to the centre square where you can see the Colleseum etc while the 60L and 90 will take you to the Termini bus/train station.... More

Overall a very pleasant stay at the Sunrise. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was average but the bathroom was in need of TLC. I would suggest to replace the small bath with a shower enclosure and remove the problems caused by the shower over the bath soaking the windows and net curtains. The location is great... More

This hotel was booked last minute. What a fantastic place to stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly...nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room was a good size with nice bathroom. ...a few more coat hangers would have been appreciated!! The breakfast room is beautiful. The only sad thing is the rooftop splash pool wasn't... More

Nice and comfortable place, reasonable service depending on who is serving, my bed was quite springy, didn't think they existed any more, my wifes bed was ok. Easy links to the hotel and good restaurants close by. Overall not bad but would class as no more than 3 stars.
