We spent 5 nights at the hotel. The location is superb and very easy to find. The staff were so helpful and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and the addition of a small fridge was great and meant we could keep drinks nice and cold. We had an... More

We stayed 2 nights after staying in a villa in Tuscany. The hotel is in a great location being just a block from the Spanish Steps. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but in need of a little updating. We will stay there again next time in Rome.

Hello, I just wanted to tell everyone about our recent stay at the Hotel Cecil, Roma. My two adult children and I arrived on December 26 from Sydney, and from the moment we walked into this lovely hotel (exhausted!!), we were welcomed, looked after and treated with care and courtesy. The staff cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too... More

Stayed here for nine nights, single room on first floor opening into the courtyard. Room was quiet (apart from some annoying guest neighbours!), with a new bathroom. Very clean. Wasn't robbed because I kept my valuables in the safe provided, or on me. Basically, what you should be doing when traveling with valuables. Location was perfect. Around the corner from... More

After almost 10 visits to Rome, I have to say that this is easily the best hotel. Here is why: - The staff are wonderful and so friendly and always willing to help! - The location is fantastic around 200 metres to Piazza Spagna. - The hotel and it's rooms are very charming, very Roman, and rooms were always clean... Amazing hotel not just for the strategic position in the heart of Roms but also for the elegant as well as the friendy ambience. Everyone is kind and greets the guests with a warm smile. If you are searching for a good price hotel but also classy, this is the one you're looking for!

We were at this hotel for a few nights and it was a very good stay. The room was not too big but it had all we need and was carefully decorated. The position was excellent within Rome as it was 5 min walk from Piazza di Spagna, so very convenient. The only little difect was that in the nights... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, location was perfect. Everything is just around the corner...good (continental) breakfast with cakes, cappuccinos and coffees in the morning. Gabriale and Emanuel were very kind and helpful with us, it's been a pleasure to meet them. Hope to come back soon in this little cute hotel!

Very central hotel. We had a twin room, much bigger than I expected for central Rome. Clean and comfortable with fridge and kettle but no coffee, tea etc supplied. The air con was not as efficient as it could have been, but that was a minor problem. Free WiFi. On the whole, the hotel was ideal for a city break.... More
