We chose this hotel because it was close to the center and it looked nice on the photos. Aaccording to their web site the breakfast was included and they claimed that you can pay by credit card. What we got was: STAINED towels, sheets with holes, POOR breakfast (croissant with cold coffee and juice), and what was the worst, we... more

I booked a room in Lella, because the location was quite good and the price was cheaper than in other hotels in the same area. Metro stop is nearby and the railway station is not far away either. Our twin-room was very clean. Furnitures and a bathroom are brand new! The room was quite small, but very nice. A good... more

We ended up staying here after taking a last minute decision cheap flight to Rome and finding that when we arrived in the city, most of the accomodation within our budget was full. The hotel (I suppose more like a hostel) was ok and the people seemed friendly enough, but the bathroom had a habit of leaking a bit and... more

Of all the hotels I stayed in during my month-long foray through Europe, this was by far the worst. Well, to be fair, it was not *terrible*. There were no rats or bugs or anything like that. But I would not stay here again. First, we booked a triple. That to them apparently means a double bed and a small... more

Well, where to begin? We stayed at Hotel Lella in one of the dorm rooms (six beds). The room itself was satisfactory although very loud because its on a busy road. However, the bathroom was disgusting, thats right, bathroom, one shower/toilet for the whole floor (six dorm rooms), which had a very small hot water tank. Only the lucky few... more

Out of all the hostels and hotels we stayed in whilst exploring Europe(which was a lot), this had to be the worst by far!! I have never come across such false advertising. We booked a private double en suite room, which, as they say, should include breakfast, but we never received breakfast once. This HOSTEL claims the staff are internationally... more

This hotel was absolutely awful. The room we were given bore no resemblence to the photo's on the internet, it was extemely small and grubby. The furniture was tatty and the bedlinen poor quality. There were no drapes at the windows and the plaster was stained and damaged in places. The bathroom was separated by a plastic concertina door and... more

This hotel is grossly misrepresented by all advertising on the web. We booked a triple room with en-suite with hostelworld based on the photographs and description were happy to pay the required amount per night. However, the photographs that you see are not a representation of the accommodation as a whole but 3 rooms on the ground floor next to... more
