Let's start off w/the good points: pastries, juice & coffee brought to your room in the morning, located near Termini station (having been to Rome before - we only needed 2 nights as stop over to other destination) and large washroom. Have to pay extra for less than efficient air conditionning unit (very loud and only cooled the immediate area where... More

Small tucked away place in a great location! No lift though, so go to the gym and work out before you arrive, or pack light! Lots of places to see around there and lots of places to eat. So close to the train station too so you can arrive from the airport train and walk over. The rooms do the... More

As this is only a two star hotel we didn't expect too much but we were less than impressed to be told shortly after arriving that if we wanted airconditioning this would cost us an extre €10 per night! The temperature during our stay in Rome was in the high 20s with high humidity so we couldn't manage without aircon... More

Found this hotel very comfortable and cosy, the heating was on most the first night which left the room warm enough for the duration of our stay.We were able to reach all places on foot from the hotel and it was extremely handy for catching the bus to the airport.Staff are very friendly and helpful and a lovely woman brings you... Hotel Meridiana is a nice hotel in Via Calatafimi, near Termini railway station. Rooms are clean and cosy. Staff is helpful and friendly and I would stay there again in the future. Many attractions are near and can be visited by foot. After all that's the best way to get know Rome. More

To start off, be aware that this hotel is located in a sketchy part of town near the "Termini" which is the train station. So if you are considering booking any hotel in this area its probably not going to be great. The lobby is located on the second floor of the hotel. The room my friend and I booked... More

This hotel is without doubt the worst I have ever stayed in, and I'm one of those people that always makes the ebst of things in hotels. Got there in the middle of the day to be told we'd have to wait four hours for the rooms to be ready. We were travelling in a large group of around 30... More

Bang in the centre of Rome a couple of minutes from the termini station this is an ideal location for exploring & sightseeing the city on foot. It is walking distance from the colesseum, trevi fountain, roman forum, spainish steps & Imperial Rome. We only actually only caught a bus to Vatican city everything else was in walking distance.
