This hotel by far is the greatest location in the heart of Rome, the rooms are just adequate and clean, the owner of the hotel super super nice, overall an excellent choice look no further. more

We stayed at the Pincio from May 11th thru the 18th and had a wonderful time. We were lucky enough to get the only room on the top floor, right across from the breakfast mezzanine and it was excellent. Room 74 is a corner room at the back of the building with two windows and a beautiful cross breeze. In... more

Location excellent for walking to the Spanish Steps & Trevi and not far from all of the ancient sites, we easily walked tofrom the Vatican Cty. Our first morning I was out running at 6 in the Borghese Park, which is just up nearby Pincio Hill & behind the Steps. An hours canter before a shower & breakfast which is... more

The rooms are somewhat small, but the location is great and the service helpful. Location: The location is very convenient. Pincio is on a quiet street located between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. So all of Rome is at your doorstep and a short walk away. The metro stops of both Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are also nearby... more

We have just returned from a six night stay at the Hotel Pincio in Rome. We were looking for a hotel close to some of the attractions in Rome and this hotel was perfect as it was just minutes away from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the main shopping streets. The room in the hotel was surprisingly large, the... more

Very nice room to the back. Street side is not very noisy, but backside is much better. You have to go up one flight of stairs without elevator to the reception on the first floor, but stuff will help you with luggage. Noisy elevator and rather thin walls, but compared to other hotels in Rome, really a bargain. Nice breakfast... more

I have to say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were recommended to this hotel because of its central location to everything. We requested a quiet room and were given room 52 in the back. I must say that the room was indeed very quiet at night. The hotel is old so dont expect much in... more

We stayed at this hotel in late August 2006. Our choice was based on positive reviews on this site plus its good location. In the event, we were delighted with our experience. The rooms were clean with good facilities and breakfast on the roof top was an absolute delight (although confined to continental type consisting of rolls, jam and yoghurt).... more

We booked this hotel based on previous reviews and its central location, we were not disappointed. The Hotel Pincio was so central we walked everywhere including the Vatican. The first day we literally stumbled across the Spanish steps just around the corner, and were able to head out to the bars and restaurants in and around Piazza di Spagna and... more

On the upside – it's 5 minutes from the Spanish steps and surrounding shops, 10-15 minutes from the Pantheon and Trevi fountain and is probably a bit cheaper than other hotels in the area. The breakfast was fine, served on the top floor terrace and the woman we had most interaction with was friendly and helpful, able to sort out... more
