i found the service and the non updated rooms made it impossible to enjoy...it was very noisy throughout the night and from the service i did not feel too confident the guy was going to wake me up for the shuttle for my flight. the pizza was good thank god.. and restaurant was very busy at night...i would never!!!!!!!!!!!! stay... more
This is possibly the worst hotel experience we've had in 25 years of travelling, including in undeveloped countries. The manager was so unfirendly he didn't even return my "buona sera" as I approached the desk--just asked my name and handed me a key. We booked this hotel from the reservation booth at the Rome Airport. We were told is was similar to the Hilton Airport but a little cheaper. Admitedly we booked this hotel in some haste after reading great reviews for hotel of same name nearer the attractions so please check location carefully!!
