I have just returned from a four night stay at this hotel and have not got a bad word to say. Having read the reviews i was worried about breakfast but it was fine. The breakfast room was small but you pick a time to eat so no queues or stress. The food wasnt amazing but it was perfectly fine... More

The hotel location was perfect for our stay (10 minutes walk from the Termini), namely for visiting the archaeological sites of Rome. The Colosseum, Trajans Market, the Palatine Hill and all of the various forums were within a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel. The Pantheon was a little further, being 15-20 minutes away. The hotel staff were very polite... More

Booked through travel republic.com £40 for one night b&b. Located through large main door - on 2nd floor of building (press buzzer to be let in). Reception - small but nice reception area (but then it is only a small hotel). All staff very polite, friendly, lots of smiles made you feel very welcome. Rooms - average size, small bathroom... We spent 3 nights there. everything was perfect! the room was very clean and quiet. breakfast good. helpful and always smiling man in the reception. location was the best, did not use public transport throughout our stay. 3 min walk to the Colosseo. if I come back to Rome, i definitely will stop in the same hotel. I booked the hotel because of the convenient price and location. Only afterwards I read the reviews and was a little concerned. When my brother and I entered the room, I immediately felt relieved! First: the hotel is in an "private" building, but this is common also for high rated boutique hotels in Vienna! The room (306 or 309-I don't remember)... More

After reading most of the reviews before travelling and booking this hotel, I was somewhat scared but took the decision of giving it a try. I was pleasantly surprised!!! What’s more, I stayed twice at Adas Hotel, in February and in July this year. It is a very cheap hotel so one must be aware of what to expect. I... More

The only positive aspect of this hotel is that it is really close to subway, Colosseo and Foro Romano. And this is it. Try not to miss it when coming down the Via Cavour. It's a tiny door and the main desk is not at the ground level. The elevator is too old and doens't get you through the higher... More

Building: Creepy elevator, size XS, have to use stairs, because elevator goes to 5th floor, and my room mas at 6th. Room: Changed room because the drain was full of ashtray in the shower, dirty water overflow. But the same pattern of cleanliness on the other room: fungus on bathroom ceilling; used botle and insect fezes on the refrigerator; dust... More

This hotel is a little dodgy and we initially felt unsafe. The hotel is not easy to find and the stairwell is very dark and unsigned so you are not really sure that you are in the right place. The safes do not work so you can not lock up your passports and valuables! Then you also have to give... More
