Answer: The homeless shelter has better company. This is a real and sincere review from our stay in July 2013, a few things you need to know before you book Adas Hotel: 1. Getting from the front door to the lobby for registration required going up 2 flights of stairs in a dimly lit staircase. The elevator is probably there... More

Stayed there for three nights. First night they put us us in a single bedroom with twin beds joined together therefore literally no walking space. Door handle also broke on first day as it was loose. The entrance is a door you buzz on then walk up two flights of stairs in minimal light to get to reception. Next day... More

Stayed here with my friend for 10 days and thought it was brilliant. Gorgeous views from balcony, friendly staff and room was really nice. Cleaned daily and bedding/towels changed every day. Only problem was elevator was broken and we were on the 6th floor! Minor thing but walking up 6 flights of stairs 3 or 4 times a day got... More

Worth the price I paid for. Friendly receptionists, good size room with bathroom, love the antique lift and lighting. Clean towers and bedding. Great breakfast. Cafe, bars, restaurant, mini mart nearby. 5 minutes walking to the Colosseum. Close to metro station - Cavour. 10 minutes walking to Termini Station.

You get for what you pay for. I think this sums up the Hotel Adas perfectly. The location is perfect, walking distance from the Colosseum (2-3 mins) and from Plaza Venezia (where all buses go to and from), as well as 5 mins away from a metro stop which connects you with the whole of Rome. Room is OK, sheets... More

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel, could do with modernising slightly but rooms spotless and clean towels and bedding every day breakfast is fine less than 5 mins from colosseum and we could see the roman forum from our balcony, on a very busy road so quite noisy but we expected that been in the centre of Rome plenty of... We spent two nights at Adas Hotel, the location couldn't be better, just a five minute walk from the Colosseum and close to two metro stations. The staff were friendly and were happy to recommend places for us to go. There are some nice restaurants and bars on the same street too, that are good prices. The room was clean,... More

Stayed here for three nights. Great location - about 5-10 minutes walk to the Colosseum and 15 minutes walk to Termini station. Our room on the 6th floor was clean, we had decent hot showers and the lift was working then. Staff at reception were friendly, although I wish I knew that the hotel room tax wasn't included in my... I stayed in the hotel Adas for 3 days while on a school tour. Our room had four beds pushed together to form basically one massive bed but I and the 3 other men didn't mind. My biggest problem was the 6 flights of spiral stairs we had to walk up every night due to the fact the lift was... More

We've stayed 3 nights in that hotel. If you are going to Rome for an intensive visiting with only quick sleep at the hotel and you are not very demanding then its a place for you. We had a massive fungus on the wall in the bathroom and dirty walls in general but bed sheets were clean. It was the... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
