The staff was pleasant - the rooms were fine - it was within walking distance of the Vatican & plenty of places to eat.. more

Nice comfortable hotel, well located, bus stop in front. BUT: don't accept room nr. 40, because it is located near the reception and you will awake very early by guests checking out. The staff of the hotel was very helpful to me: after one night, I got another, spacious room for the rest of the week. Daily cleaned. Small bathroom.... more

First, the positive: the hotel is clean; our room was reasonably spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It is located conveniently near St. Peter's. Two staff members were friendly. Now, the negative: 1) We were never informed of the hotel's hours, nor given any building keys (it's on a sixth floor) besides the one to our room. We arrived at... more
